Brittany Mahomesis being slammed for deleting old Tweets where she bashed the "Love Story" singer Taylor Swiftfor her music.
The two recently became close friends as Brittany is married to Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes and Taylor is dating Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce. Patrick and Travis are close friends both on and off the field, as Travis was even a groomsman at Patrick and Brittany's wedding.
Taylor and Brittany have been seen hanging out at a few different NFL games, plus outside of the stadium as the two were seen sipping champagne during a party and taking photos together.
Brittany Mahomes Deletes Old Tweets About Taylor Swift
The NFL wife apparently Tweeted about her new BFF Taylor Swift in 2012, bashing the pop icon for her music and for being overrated.
One user screenshotted the Tweets before she deleted them, and shared them to social media demanding an apology from Brittany.
"You know what would be a lot more meaningful than Brittany Mahomes deleted her Taylor hate Tweets? Brittany making a public apology to Jackson [Mahomes]'s SA victim for trying to silence her," the fan wrote alongside the deleted Tweets from Brittany.
The user is referring to Jackson Mahomes, the younger brother of Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes, who was recently accused of grabbing a woman by the throat and forcibly kissing her during an alleged assault.
Some of the past Tweets from Brittany Mahomes talking trash about Taylor Swift include "Taylor Swift.. I wanna know when your gonna find something different to write about besides boys and relationships" and "Taylor Swift winning everything <<<<," with an angry emoji.
Brittany has yet to comment on the backlash she is currently receiving.
Brittany Mahomes and Taylor Swift's New Friendship
Brittany Mahomes and Taylor Swift have grown close over the past few months, even making up their own handshake — which they did in celebration of a Chiefs touchdown at a recent game. The two then took their relationship to the next level as they hung out outside of an NFL game and sipped champagne together in a nightclub.

Taylor Swift Attends Multiple NFL Games To Cheer On Travis Kelce
Taylor Swift has been a huge supporter of Kelce’s as she has made appearances at four different NFL games to cheer on the Chiefs player. The first was on September 24, in which the “Love Story” singer was spotted sitting next to Kelce’s mom, Donna Kelce, in a private suite.
The second time was on October 1 at the Sunday Night Football game against the New York Jets, in which Swift arrived at MetLife Stadium alongside Ryan Reynolds, Blake Lively, and Hugh Jackman.
The third was on October 12 when the Chiefs took on the Minnesota Vikings at Arrowhead Stadium. Following that game, Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce made separate surprise appearances during “Saturday Night Live” before the two attended the after-party. The two were then spotted holding hands and kissing.
She then returned to Arrowhead Stadium a few weeks later, where she was seen hanging out with Patrick Mahomes’s wife, Brittany, and Mahomes’s brother, Jackson.
