In a series of short videos, Doja Cat trolled fans who claimed that she had been cloned by putting on a comical show between herself and her supposed clone.

"What is up, you guys? It's me, and I am just tuning in with you guys right now, letting you know that it's me, and ahhhh, as far as I know, it is literally me," Doja said in the first video before letting out a sarcastic laugh.

She added, "So if you guys are ever curious about what is going on, stay tuned to me because me is me, and it's me tonight, and it is also gonna to be me tomorrow, and it's gonna be me next week… So thank you so much for tuning in, and stay tuned for the rest because it's going to be a really big deal."

Doja Cat, who seemed to be topless while making the videos, got a lot of response from social media users as it quickly went viral.

One fan reacted, saying, "She loves trolling yall I'm crying," while another commented, "Here she is back again with new content for us," along with a laughing and crying emoji.

Despite the video being a clear, albeit playful, gesture from Doja to clarify that she was still herself, fans still wouldn't believe it.

The Rapper Has A History Of Trolling Her Fans

This isn't the first time Doja Cat has been seen trolling her fans online. Back in May, she tweeted that her first two albums were just an attempt to trick her fans into making her money.

"Planet Her and Hot Pink were cash-grabs and y'all fell for it," she tweeted., per Mamamia. "Now I can go disappear somewhere and touch grass with my loved ones on an island while y'all weep for mediocre pop."

Even more alarming was the fact that she took to the social media app Threads to slam fans for calling themselves "kittenz," an appellation seemingly derived from her stage name.

"My fans don't name themselves s---," she penned on the app in July. "If you call yourself a 'kitten' or f---- 'kittenz,' that means you need to get off your phone and get a job and help your parents with the house."

Unsurprisingly, loads of fans refused to take the disrespect from Doja Cat and proceeded to unfollow her on social media. She reportedly lost over 900,000 followers since the "kittenz" incident, which is almost four percent of her entire followership.

Still, Doja Cat has yet to tender any apologies to her fans and even doubled down on her position in a post on her Instagram Story.

"Seeing all these people unfollow me makes me feel like I've defeated a large beast that's been holding me down for so long," Doja Cat said, per Insider. "It feels like I can reconnect with the people who really matter and love me for who i am and not for who i was."
