Shannon Beador's Estranged Husband Gearing Up for Custody and Support Battle

Shannon Beador's divorce is looking like it's going to get nasty.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Shannon's estranged husband, David, is challenging her on the issues of both custody and support. While Shannon was seeking primary physical custody of the kids, David is asking for a 50/50 split.

In the docs, David argues that the kids often refuse to talk to or see him, in part because "Shannon is not fostering or encouraging a healthy father-child relationship."

David also calls out Shannon's parenting skills, saying that "RHOC" "encourages excess drinking and extended travel."

As for the money, David claims Shannon makes more than him and alleges she "perjured herself" in her divorce filing by claiming that he makes five times more than she does. He is asking the court to reserve the right to order Shannon to pay him spousal support.

David also believes Shannon's income from future business endeavors should be considered, in part because of his "participation and funding of her reality TV career." He claims her "current popularity is a direct result of my participation in that show."

As The Blast first reported, Shannon filed for divorce from David on December 1. The couple had been married for 17 years and they share three daughters together: 15-year-old Sophie and 12-year-old twins Stella and Adeline.

Shannon is asking for primary physical custody of the children. She is also seeking spousal support from David and is asking for attorneys’ fees.
