Keke Palmer has just filed for sole legal and physical custody of her 8-month-old child amid relationship drama with Darius Jackson.

According to legal documents, obtained by The Blast, the 30-year-old is petitioning the court to get custody of Leodis Andrellton Jackson, her 8-month-old son.

In the filing, Palmer is asking for "legal" and "physical" custody of her child, with visitation available to her ex-boyfriend.

Keke says she is willing to pay the costs of the baby's birth but appears to want him to help pay for the costs of this case.

Normally, IF a person is given full custody of their child, the next document will include a request for child support. In California, the amount is determined by using the parent's income.

The relationship drama between Keke Palmer and Darius Jackson has been ongoing for months now. The couple made headlines last July when Jackson publicly criticized Palmer's outfit on a social media post. Palmer wore a sheer dress as she danced with Usher in the photo during his Las Vegas residency.

"It's the outfit tho.. you a mom," he wrote in response to photos of Palmer. Jackson deleted his Twitter account 24 hours later after facing backlash.

Keke Palmer then teamed up with Usher for his new song "Boyfriend," which continued to fuel breakup rumors.

In August, a source told People that Jackson had "moved on." Now, Palmer is filing for sole custody of their child, whom they welcomed back in February.

In September, when Palmer was asked about her relationship status, she did not give a straightforward answer, stating "Life is good. I have nothing but gratitude, honestly."

On a 'Today' show appearance, Bush Hager said, "We want to know if you’re happy," to which Palmer replied, "Yes, life is good. I have nothing but gratitude, honestly. Seriously."

Then, when Hoba Kotb asked if that meant "for the relationship...?" Palmer clarified, "I’m not trying to be specific!"

"Well, are y’all together?" Hager then asked Palmer, who answered, "I’m going to take a page out of my girl Beyoncé’s book: Mind y’all’s business."

Although she was not specific two months ago, it seems the two have officially split as Palmer has filed for sole custody, per documents obtained by The Blast.

During her appearance on the "Today" show in September, she told the co-hosts that she feels "s--ier than ever" after she gave birth to her baby in February.

"I feel so empowered," she said. "Your body has done something insane; you birth a body. So any insecurities or self-consciousness I had before really did wither away because, like, honey, I did something incredible."

Motherhood wasn't easy at first though, as Palmer recently opened up about the challenges she faced with breastfeeding, though it led to empowerment.

"Like there were so many things I was always trying to change before. But now, my being enough for my son has let me know that I’m enough in the world," she said during an interview with Essence. "I think my breastfeeding journey was also very empowering because it was so difficult. And I wanted to give up at so many different points, but I just kept pushing myself and kept trying to figure it out. So the relationship I had with my son during that process empowered me to get back up and do things for myself again."

Palmer and Jackson welcomed their first baby, son Leodis Andrellton, in February.
