"Flip or Flop" star Tarek El Moussa has dropped $2.28 million on a new mansion in Orange County, with the deal closing just weeks after his divorce from Christina El Moussa became final.
On February 21, Tarek purchased a 4-bedroom, 3 ½ bathroom, 3,010 sq. ft. mansion in Costa Mesa for $2,280,000.
The pad features a dramatic two-story high-vaulted ceiling Great Room that expands the main living area along with a master bedroom that opens to the pool/spa deck via a disappearing wall of glass. The master bathroom features a free standing tub and separate walk-in shower with steam.
The home also has a large home office, Smart Home technology with individual room controls and surround sound throughout the interior and exterior. There is also an electric car charging station in the oversized garage plus a private pool/spa.

Back in January, the reality stars settled their divorce battle with both parties agreeing to joint physical and legal custody of their two kids. Neither will pay child or spousal support to the other.
Christina was awarded their $2 million marital home in Yorba Linda and Tarek kept his yacht.
