Kourtney Kardashian Grills Tristan Thompson Amid Reconciliation Attempt

Everyone else might be warming up to Tristan Thompson but Kourtney Kardashian is not letting him off the hook easily.

Sparks flew as the oldest sister of the famous clan took center stage in a no-holds-barred confrontation with the athlete. As he attempted to reconcile with the Kardashian family, the entrepreneur, fueled by lingering resentment over his past betrayal of her sister Khloé, left no stone unturned in her relentless interrogation of the NBA star. 

While it is unclear whether the reality TV star and the basketballer will be able to move forward from this, one thing is for sure: she will definitely not let him get away with hurting her family again.

In a preview of a highly anticipated episode of Hulu's "The Kardashians," the POOSH founder did not hold back as she confronted Khloé's ex-partner. The atmosphere was charged with tension as Thompson tried to mend bridges with Kardashian after his history of infidelity.

As the meeting unfolded, the mother-of-three made it clear that she was not one to pretend. In a candid moment, Kourtney Kardashian confessed, "Tristan and I really have not connected and I just can't fake it."

Their conversation took a poignant turn when the actress directly asked Thompson about his feelings following his past indiscretions. His response, admitting to feeling "disgusted," left the "Kourtney and Khloé Take Miami" star probing further, asking the question on everyone's mind, "So then why do you do it again?"

Before their tension-filled exchange, Khloé, never one to mince words, offered the father of her children a stark warning before he attempted to reconcile with her older sister and youngest, Kylie Jenner. Emphasizing the interconnectedness of the Kardashian family, the 39-year-old asserted, "In this family, if you do something to one of us, it affects everyone." 

Despite the moment's intensity, the Cleveland Cavaliers player stepped up to the challenge, declaring, "I'm in the place now where I can own up to the mistakes I made." At the same time, while the 44-year-old was ready to confront Thompson, Jenner expressed her nerves about the impending conversation, acknowledging the gravity of the situation. 

However, when the 32-year-old arrived, he acknowledged the profound impact his actions had on each family member, especially the Kylie Beauty Cosmetics founder. The former Boston Celtics player somberly stated, "Everyone got affected differently, but I think you were affected the most," referring to the beauty mogul. 

The LEMME founder's openness about her sentiments towards Khloé's ex echoes her earlier statements, offering insight into her apprehensions. Her candidness revealed her concerns for herself and echoed the feelings of her daughter, Penelope Disick.

During a prior episode of "The Kardashians," she delved into the intricate web of emotions she experienced regarding Thompson's place in their family. Despite the advocates for a potential second chance for Khloé's ex-partner within the family, her stance remained distinct.

Apparently, these sentiments came to a head during a getaway to Palm Springs with extended family, notably during significant milestones like the children's first day of school. The media personality refused to mince words when expressing her feelings about the former Chicago Bulls player, saying:

"I feel like we all brush it off and are fine, but then I was so triggered. I was just like, I can't do it anymore." 

In fact, the "One Life to Live" guest star took it a step further by acknowledging that Thompson had made "horrible decisions and choices" with Khloé. Kardashian also recognized the impact his past actions had on her, stating:

"There are times when I'm so triggered by him I can't be around him, and then there's times when I just let it go because we just want harmony and, you know, he's the father of my niece and nephew." 

Khloé wholeheartedly backed her older sister's stance, affirming the validity and justification of the "He's All That" actress and her 11-year-old's emotions. The "Khloé & Lamar" alum also noted the importance of Penelope trusting her instincts and emotions without any pressure to alter her perspective. In her words:

"I don't want this behavior to be something that I'm validating or I'm justifying. I want her to know that how she's feeling is the right way to feel. We should not accept someone treating her like this."
