Mariah Carey 'Defrosts' After Halloween And Declares 'It's Time!'

"It's Time!" Mariah SZN has begun!

Mariah Carey has officially "defrosted," and we all know what that means - the holiday season can begin now!

Almost immediately after Halloween ends, Carey takes to social media to declare "It's Time!" November 1 marks the beginning of "Mariah SZN" and fans are here for it!

This year's video fully embraces the jokes fans have about the diva "defrosting" leading up to November 1. Simply captioned, "It’s…… TIME!!! ??? #MariahSZN," viewers see Carey in her holiday outfit in a block of ice with Halloween characters using hairdryers to help the queen of the holidays kick off her favorite season. Just as the ice begins to melt, she belts out her famous, "IT'S TIMEEEEE!" in only a way Carey can.

Once freed from the block of ice, the holiday celebration begins with her twins, Monroe and Moroccan, 12, joining in on the holiday fun.

The video was shared on Carey's social media pages and in just a few hours, has more than 17 million views on TikTok and nearly 600,000 on Instagram.

"The way she acknowledges the defrosting memes, ack, living for this, queen," one person wrote on TikTok. Another added, "I was literally waiting for this video before I could go to sleep."

Over on Instagram, the thoughts were the same.

"November 1st should be a public holiday at this point in honour of Mariah's annual announcement," one person wrote.

"Stayed up to midnight just for this," wrote another.

Last year to celebrate the occasion, Carey shared a video dressed as a Halloween witch riding a Peloton with spooky-themed music playing as she cackles. As the calendar switches from October 31 to November 1, she suddenly transforms into her Christmas persona with "All I Want For Christmas Is You" playing in the background. She, of course, belts out her iconic, "It's Time!"

While we all know Carey can't wait for the holiday season, she fully embraces Halloween before her transformation into "Mariah SZN." This year for Halloween, she dressed up as two iconic characters - Jessica Rabbit and Regina George from "Mean Girls."

She first shared her look at Jessica Rabbit on Instagram with the caption, "Happy Halloween! ? #notyet."

Many of the comments were about "defrosting" and her "It's Time" video loading.

"She’s almost completely defrosted," one person wrote. Another said, "Is it time? Is it time? Is it time?"

And then there were the comments about her iconic look as Jessica Rabbit.

"I'M NOT BAD... I'M JUST DRAWN THAT WAY," one person wrote. Another added, "Hands down YOU WON!! queen of EVERYTHING."

Then came a costume change as Carey transformed into Regina George from the movie "Mean Girls." The comment section didn't disappoint with quotes from the movie.

"One time Mariah punched me in the face. It was awesome!" one viewer wrote.

"This one time I saw Mariah wearing high heels and a gown to the pool… so I wore high heels and a gown to the pool," added another person.

Another viewer shared a quote from the movie adding on a personalized ending saying, "'So You Agree, You Think You're Really Pretty.' Cuz Mariah, I think you’re Gorgeous!???" And another said, "Whatever. I’m getting cheese fries."

But of course, many in the comment section were waiting patiently for the clock to strike midnight so Carey could fully defrost and kick off the holiday season. "ITS TIMEEEE MARIAHHHH," one fan wrote, and the wait is now over.
