Travis Scott Sued for Bailing On Performance After Kylie Jenner Gave Birth

Travis Scott cancelled one of his scheduled appearances after Kylie Jenner gave birth to his daughter, but the promoter for the event says Scott got a six-figure advance that he never paid back and now they're suing.

According to documents obtained by The Blast, PJAM LLC says the paid Scott $150,000 of a $200,000 fee to perform at Myth Live in Minnesota on February 3 ... the night before the Super Bowl. His agent also got a $10,000 booking fee and had arranged for a private jet to fly Scott to the venue.

PJAM claims on the day of the event, Scott "refused to show up to the event." There were reports he couldn't make it to Minnesota for weather reasons, but at the time it was not yet revealed that Kylie gave birth two days before on February 1.

However, Scott did perform that night in Las Vegas at Marquee Nightclub. There were reports he was still performing in Vegas so he could be close to Kylie.

The very next day, on Super Bowl Sunday, is when Kylie and Travis broke the news to the world that little Stormi had arrived.

The promoter says that not only did they pay Scott a ton of money, but they also paid "Significant sums Plaintiff paid to advertise the event, lease a large entertainment venue and to hire a staff of waiters, bartenders and other assistants for the night."

PJAM says they've suffered "reputational harm" based upon its failure to producer a performance by [Travis Scott] as it had advertised.

Going to take a long shot, but we don't think Kylie and Travis received a baby gift from PJAM.
