Ivanka Trump Celebrates Her Birthday Surrounded By Friends And Family
Ivanka took to Instagram to share moments from her birthday ceremony, which appeared to have been taken before the guests arrived.
One of the shots she uploaded was a picture of herself, her three kids, Arabella Rose, Joseph Frederick, and Theodore James, her husband, Jared Kushner, and their pet canine.
Ivanka and her only daughter wore beautiful gowns, with the entrepreneur choosing a light pink piece that rose above her knees while the 12-year-old opted for an olive green dress.
Meanwhile, the boys all dressed similarly with a white top and matching trousers, although Kushner's own was a round neck and his sons, long-sleeved shirts.

Ivanka Trump Tried To Fight Testifying Against Her Father In His $250 Million Civil Case
Ivanka's birthday comes after she made moves to stop herself from testifying against her father, Donald, and four Trump Organization executives, including her brothers, Donald Trump, Jr., and Eric Trump.
She was previously dismissed from the case back in June due to a statute of limitations rule. However, the New York Attorney General's office issued subpoenas to multiple corporate entities linked to her in a bid to get her back on the witness stand.
To fight the subpoenas, Ivanka's lawyer, Bennet J. Moskowitz, argued that the subpoenas were improperly served.
"Each of these three subpoenas listed Ms. Trump's name only in the 'to' line above the LLCs' names and the names and addresses of their registered agents," the attorney penned in his filing, per Business Insider.
"The body of the Subpoenas requested a 'personal appearance' 'to give testimony' at trial but did not identify any specific employee, officer, or director that the NYAG wanted to appear."
Trump's lawyer also argued that Trump had been previously dismissed from the case and that the attorney general's office is "effectively trying to force her back into this case" despite never having deposed her in the first place.
She Will Testify On November 8
Unfortunately, Ivanka's attempt to recuse herself from testifying at her father's trial fell flat on its head as a judge upheld the subpoenas.
She was then scheduled to testify last Friday. However, the lawyers said that questioning her would take a full day, so the date was moved up to November 8.
From all indications, Ivanka was linked to the fraud case because she served as Trump Organization's executive vice president for development and acquisitions before she left the company to join the White House in 2017.
State lawyers have argued that her sensitive position in Trump's company makes her privy to some of the case's events. They have also claimed that the mother of three is still involved with the family business and its leaders.
After Ivanka's testimony, the defense will commence summoning witnesses. They had already provided a witness list containing 127 names, as required, before the start of the trial.
