Cher's daughter-in-law, Marieangela King, has filed a new court declaration in her divorce case with the singer's son, Elijah Blue Allman.

In court documents obtained by The Blast, King claims that the legendary music artist is in possession of the deed of four Michael Jackson artworks called the "Sexy Suite."

She is requesting that a judge help her recover properties which Cher allegedly took while she was performing at a 9/11 charity event in 2021.

King also accused her mother-in-law of "interfering" with her son's "health management." Elijah has a history of drug abuse, which Cher has tried to help him battle on several occasions.

In the filing, Marienangela King is begging a judge to help her retrieve the "deed of four pieces of artwork of Michael Jackson's, called SEXY Suite, that was admittedly removed from my room" by Cher. She claims the singer took them from her room while she was out performing at a 9/11 benefit in New York in 2021.

According to the court document obtained by The Blast, King added, "These items are also at (Elijah's) mother's home in Malibu."

This recent development comes after she accused Cher of hiring four men to abduct her son, Elijah Blue Allman, from a hotel in New York, where she and her estranged husband met up to try and fix their marriage. This may be what she is referring to as his "health management."

In the legal filing, King also asked to "conduct discovery" of her estranged husband's health records, claiming that Cher was "interfering" with his health management.

The court document stated, "I would also like to conduct discovery of [Elijah's] health records as [his] mother continues to interfere with his health management as well as his location and accessibility."

Elijah has had a long history of drug abuse, causing his mother to stage several interventions in an attempt to help him battle his addictions.

A report claims he spent the last six months at the Chateau Marmont Hotel in Beverly Hills. Elijah allegedly became known amongst hotel staff for his smoking, wandering, and passing-out habits.

The staff eventually contacted Cher when they became highly concerned about his behavior. Things took a turn for the worse on September 14th when Cher was informed that her son was unconscious outside the hotel. Police officers arrived two days later to escort Elijah out of the property, sending him to a rehab facility in Pasadena.

While speaking on his drug abuse in a 2014 interview, Elijah said, "My drug addiction was about an eight-year thing of really heavy using. I was taking lots of drugs on the road. I was smoking dope (heroin), taking a lot of pills, any pain killer we could get, and drinking."

Cher has since refuted King's claims that she had four men abduct her son, noting that the rumors are "not true."

The singer has yet to respond to King's latest allegations.
