Al Pacino Officially Settles Custody Dispute With Girlfriend Noor Alfallah

Hollywood veteran Al Pacino has officially settled his custody battle with his girlfriend, Noor Alfallah.

The duo, who welcomed their son in June, got into a legal battle after Alfallah filed for physical custody of their child.

According to legal documents, obtained by The Blast, we can now confirm that the pair have reached a settlement after recently deciding to keep the legal proceedings private.

"Scarface" actor Al Pacino and his partner, Noor Alfallah, have settled their custody battle amicably.

In legal documents obtained by The Blast, both Pacino and Alfallah have finally reached an agreement on custody arrangements, visitation schedules, and child support regarding their son.

Although the specifics of their arrangement are yet to be disclosed, Pacino is expected to pay a generous amount to Alfallah for child support.

As we reported back in September, the 29-year-old filed for custody of their 4-month-old son, which came as a shock as the pair are in a relationship and don't seem to be having any problems.

In her filing, Alfallah requested full physical custody of the child and "reasonable visitation" for Pacino. She also asked that the legendary actor be granted joint legal custody of the child, which would give him the right to participate in important decisions concerning his son.

The entire request for primary custody raised eyebrows and made many wonder if Alfallah had fallen out of love with the Academy Award winner. There were several reports at the time that the duo were no longer intimate.

Despite these shocking claims, Alfallah and Pacino recently dispelled the rumors by stepping out together for a cozy date, rocking similar black outfits. The pair were spotted outside an Italian restaurant and looked very much in love.

The good news is it appears the couple has come to an agreement for the sake of their infant son.

Concerns over their age difference have plagued the duo's relationship, but Pacino, 88, and Alfallah, 29, don't seem to care.

Back in June, before the birth of their son, a source revealed to People Magazine that the age gap isn't an "issue" for the couple.

They said, "Al is happy with Noor, and it is widely known that she has dated older guys so this isn’t a major issue for them. She has a prominent family background and is comfortable being around major stars and other high profile people."

The source added, "Whatever develops in it down the road remains to be seen with the age difference, but they seem to enjoy each other’s company and have things in common in the entertainment area."

Before dating Pacino, Alfallah was in a relationship with Rolling Stones legend Mick Jagger. She was also rumored to have dated movie star Clint Eastwood.

Alfallah and Pacino were first romantically linked in April 2022. The actor was previously in a relationship with Israeli actress Meital Dohan, 46, who claimed their break up was due to their age difference.

In an interview with Israel's LaIsha magazine, Dohan said, "It’s hard to be with a man so old, even Al Pacino. The age gap is difficult, yes. I tried to deny it, but now he is already an elderly man, to be honest. So even with all my love, it didn’t last."

"I had a fight with him and left him recently, but of course I really love and appreciate him, and I was glad to be there for him when he needed me, and to be a part of his legacy," Dohan added, per the Times of Israel.

With actress Beverly D'Angelo, Pacino has twins, Olivia and Anton, 22. The pair dated from 1996 to 2003 and separated after the birth of their children. He also shares a daughter, Julie, 34, with acting teacher Jan Tarrant.
