Tori Spelling has faced multiple housing dilemmas in recent months following her separation from her estranged husband, Dean McDermott.

The latest drama sees the "Beverly Hills, 90210" star moving out of an $18K-a-month rental she entered after a terrifying hostage situation. The blonde beauty is now searching for a new place to call home.

Tori Spelling Flaunts Trimmed Physique While Touring Properties In Los Angeles

The "sTORI Telling" author recently caught the paparazzi's eye in Los Angeles, visiting three properties hosting open houses. For the sunny affair, the mother of five showed off her trimmed-down figure in a 90s casual ensemble.

Spelling displayed her lower abdomen in a blue Nirvana crop top, pairing the stomach-flaunting number with black baggy jeans that exposed the waistline of her Calvin Klein underwear. The 50-year-old completed the look with chunky gold necklaces and a matching bracelet while her feet were adorned in black Converse.

The "Mother, May I Sleep with Danger?" actress kept her makeup minimal with glossy pink lips and allowed her blonde tresses to frame her face with a straightened center parting style. As seen in the pictures shared by PageSix, Spelling was captured touring the LA homes with an unidentified man, presumably a real estate agent.

As stated, the TV personality's home hunt began after she moved out of a $18,000-per-month rental home in Woodland Hills, California. The Young Artist Award recipient's belongings — including unlabeled boxes of clothes, toiletries, and other household items — were photographed being moved to a storage facility in Calabasas.

Although it was unclear when Spelling moved into the LA pad, her short-lived stay in the lavish property was a welcomed change in her housing dilemmas. Before reportedly shelling out $18,000 per month with a $19,000 security deposit for the fully furnished rental home, the "Mommywood" author had lived in a concerning state.

Following a tragic mold infestation in her Hidden Hills home, the "A Friend to Die For" actress and her five children — Liam, Stella, Hattie, Finn, and Beau — briefly stayed at a budget motel. The transition from the entertainer's A-list lifestyle to the small-scale establishment did not end there, as the mother and her kids also embarked on a camping trip in an RV.

However, after months of worries over Spelling's financial situation, the media personality returned to the extravagant side with the $18,000-per-month rental home. The expensive 3,300-square-foot home featured four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and an additional guest house with its bathroom.

The residence's interior featured hardwood floors, a four-person bar, a six-person dining area, an office space, large sliding glass doors, flat-panel TVs, a gaming room, comfortable furniture, and ample storage. The kitchen echoed similar lavish designs with stainless steel appliances, generous counter space, and a gas range.

Spelling and her children could also beat the heat with the rental's spacious pool and a patio equipped with an outdoor entertainment area. Unfortunately, the family could not get their money's worth from the property thanks to a hostage situation at their neighbor's place.

Tori Spelling Forced To Evacuate Former Living Situation By Authorities

Last Wednesday, the "BH90210" star was spotted leaving her Los Angeles rental home following a hostage situation involving an armed male neighbor. The African-American man had been holed up in his house with an AR-15 assault weapon, leading to a standoff with SWAT responders.

During the harrowing event, Spelling had been forced to temporarily evacuate her home until authorities successfully subdued the armed suspect. The man was seen donning a white T-shirt and blue basketball shorts with his arms handcuffed to the back as the SWAT team took him away.

Naturally, the incident affected onlookers, with Spelling looking disheveled and stressed in a casual yellow T-shirt, loose cargo pants, and white-and-blue sneakers. The 50-year-old covered her hair with a black beanie and hid her eyes behind oversized glasses.

At one point, the mother of five was spotted running down the street clutching her iPhone. When other spectators joined her, the TV personality bowed her head and slouched. The incident came weeks after the Satellite Award nominee's brother, Randy Spelling, weighed in on her housing dilemma.

"Some people where I live would say being in an RV would be a vacation, but then it gets sort of thrown out that there's homelessness," the life coach explained in an interview before assuring fans that his sister was okay.

Randy continued, "She's doing wonderful. One thing I'll say about Tori is she's creative, she's inventive, she's strong, and she's resilient. We all struggle at times, and she's finding her way. She's incredibly creative, strong, and she's doing well right now."
