Fitness Trainer Lindsey Gordon In See-Through Pink Dress Celebrates Her Birthday

Fitness trainer Lindsey Gordon is another year older and another year wiser!

The popular fitness coach celebrated her 28th birthday with a trip to Disneyland and followed it up with a few photos that featured her posing in a pink see-through dress that showed off every curve in her fit figure!

On Tuesday, October 24, the popular fitness model shared a few photos of her showing off the front – and the back – of her pink see-through dress. The high slit showed off her glowing tan while strappy sandals showed off her pedicure. She wore a headband that read “Birthday Girl” and let a small silver handbag hang from one arm. In the final slide of her carousel, Lindsey turned around to flaunt her booty with the camera. Her close friend, fitness model Claire Stone, did the same!

"28 years old today," she wrote in the caption of her Instagram carousel. "This past year has been one of the most transformative years I’ve ever had. I’ve learned that you show up differently when you are emotionally, physically, and spiritually well-nourished. This past year’s lessons have had a LOT to do with the environment & people I was surrounded by. I was drowning in toxicity in all areas of my life: work, a relationship, & friends. I was trying to please everyone else which resulted in me neglecting myself."

She admitted that her mental health "was at an all-time low," adding, "I showed up every single day with a smile on my face, but I was really struggling with my anxiety & depression on the inside." She continued, "Fast forward to now, and I am beyond grateful for the circle of people around me. I have the most amazing friends, clients, and workplace which all correspond to the uplift of my mental health."

"Yes, of course, I still struggle with anxiety & depression, but the difference here is that I am surrounded by people who truly care about my well-being. I’m truly learning what it means to take care of myself mentally and physically. This past year has been such a transformative time for me and I’m so excited to share more of it with you guys," she concluded. Moral of the story: you are your own hero & you can do anything you set your mind to." She wrapped up her post with a red heart emoji and a few hashtags, such as “birthday cake,” “birthday girl,” and “birthday weekend.”

A few days ago, the social media sensation shared a few snaps that featured her having a birthday surprise at the happiest place on earth! The blonde beauty wore the same “birthday girl” headband along with classic Minnie Mouse ears. She wore a short-sleeve romper that hugged her fit figure along with white crew socks and white sneakers as she spent her birthday in Disneyland. In the caption of this Instagram post, she wrote “best birthday surprise ever” along with hashtags like “blessed life,” “Disney life,” and “happy day.”

Fans were quick to shower both posts with happy birthday messages. “Happy birthday beautiful lady @lindsey_renneee.
