Heidi Klum Shares Gnarly Video Of Cut On Her Leg After 'AGT' Fall!

Fans are expressing concerns for Heidi Klum following her significant injury while filming the "America's Got Talent " spinoff.

The German-American model disclosed that she had gotten a leg laceration during the weekend's filming. The hiccup came shortly after Klum teased her followers with what could possibly be her Halloween costume.

On Sunday, during the "AGT: Fantasy League" shoot, Klum suffered a significant leg injury that resulted in her getting a sizable gash. In a video, she shared the injury update in which her leg was raised and resting on someone's lap while a doctor attended to the wound by wiping it.

"It doesn't even look that bad," the television personality uttered before the attending medic squeezed both ends of the wound together. The medic's action made Klum yell in pain, asking, "Why do you have to squeeze it like that doctor?"

"I'm closing it," the doctor responded. He reappeared in a second clip uploaded to the mother-of-four's Instagram Story, this time applying an ointment that his patient found "disgusting," over the wound.

He explained, "It's iodine that doesn't give you a tan, okay? 'Cause I'm trying to be nice to you." The medical personnel queried her about the pain before reapplying the iodine and squeezing the wound together again, which prompted Klum to react by saying, "Are you kidding me that burns like h--"

A final Instagram Story upload showed the "CSI: Miami" star lying in bed and talking with her husband, Tom Kaulitz. Although the two were focused on the big screen in front of them, the primary attention was on the 50-year-old's bandaged leg, which was placed on their white sheets.

Amid the incident, she also posted a black-and-white image on her Instagram feed featuring her "AGT" co-stars Howie Mendel, Simon Cowell, and Mel B. The image, simply captioned "Great Picture @simoncowell ????," has already earned thousands of likes and numerous comments.

"Hope your leg is okay," one person asked, as another penned, "Get well soon," and a third pointed out, "Dear Heidi, Rosemary naturally helps with your wound." A fourth commenter wrote, "That was creepy seeing that laceration on your leg Heidi it's likely you may need stitches on that," and a fifth just wanted to know how Klum injured herself.

Prior to the leg injury, the "How I Met Your Mother" guest star had given her nearly 12 million followers a glimpse into her Halloween plans. She had dropped a spooky photo of herself in front of the camera without a shirt, using a rectangular object to hide her boobs per The Blast.

She gripped the object, which appeared to have a pair of eyes, with her long, manicured black nails. The businesswoman's long blonde hair was made to fit the aesthetic thanks to the frizzy waves on both sides of her head.

Even though the picture's black-and-white tone added to its edginess, the lighting and shadows add to its general appeal. For the caption, Klum tagged her stylist and photographer, adding a black heart and a camera emoji for each of the creatives. 

The "Germany's Next Topmodel" host kept fans guessing by turning off her comment section. If she'd left that open, there's no doubt she'd have been flooded with numerous questions about her Halloween costume.

While we keep our fingers crossed for the outfit the natural brunette will don this year, it's worth noting that she recently spilled that it'll be "extra." In the words of the Teen Choice Awards nominated superstar who opted to wriggle into a worm costume last year:

"It's going to be extra. It's going to be really extra. I have had sleepless nights over it. You know me."

Fans would recall that Klum's giant worm costume stirred controversy among fans when she made it public. As it turned out, members of her team also expressed their skepticism and were suggesting alternative plans like "Plan B" and "Plan C."

Despite their fears, the "Parks and Recreation" actress remained steadfast in her determination to wear the unconventional outfit. "Everyone around is always like, 'Think of something different. This is crazy. And the worm is crazy," she explained as she disclosed that her team is pleading with her to "think of a plan B" just like they did last year.
