Singer Trey Songz is being sued by two females who claim they attended a party inside his home and were sexually assaulted by the musician.
According to legal documents, obtained by The Blast, Songz invited two women to his Hollywood home after they attended his concert. Following the concert, the girls were invited to his after-party and took an Uber to his house. The duo was in town for one of their birthdays and they decided to go "Intrigued by the prospect of a memorable evening with one of their favorite recording artists."
After arriving, the women claim the party turned into a nightmare.
The lawyers for the two described the hellish environment, by starting with this, "Trey Song, cloaked in his celebrity status, believed he could act with impunity. He is wrong. The emotional and personal toll on the Plaintiffs has been and continues to be immense. Through this action, we will shed light on their ordeal. ensure such acts are never repeated, and secure justice for two lives forever altered. This is not just a lawsuit; it is a reckoning."
The night allegedly started with a shock to the partygoers releasing the gathering consisted of "twenty to thirty females" and only three males.
At some point, the women say the environment "shifted ominously into anger and violence." Plus, "His unpredictable actions, from strange hoverboarding to receiving massages from a topless woman who followed him throughout the residence, were punctuated by sudden and aggressive outbursts over trivial matters."
The women were reportedly coerced to drink alcohol from "unsealed liquor" bottles or face "intense intimidation if they dared to decline."

"As the night progressed, Defendant Song's demeanor became more chilling. His hostility peaked when the women at the residence declined his degrading offer of a twerking contest for a $3,000 prize. In a menacing outburst, Songz unleashed a torrent of verbal abuse, hurling bottles at select women and demanding, with a threatening edge, that they dance because he ordered them to dance," the suit alleges.
Adding, "Despite consuming only a modest amount of alcohol, Plaintiffs felt an overwhelming and disproportionate sense of intoxication, as if their senses were being smothered, their cognition clouded, and their physical autonomy slipping away. This alarming vulnerability led them to believe (Songz )surreptitiously drugged them, most likely contained in the unsealed bottles of alcohol served to them."
At some point, the victims claim they were led to a bedroom and passed out. In the morning, one victim claims she woke up naked with the singer "engaging in non-consensual oral sex upon her." In the lawsuit, filed by both women, the second victim says "Despite her attempts to resist, the overpowering strength of Songz rendered her efforts futile, his actions intensifying in aggression. Nearby, equally vulnerable and naked."
Adding, she remained "curled in a fetal position facing the wall," as the alleged assault took place.
In the end, the woman claims they were trapped inside his home after having their phones taken.
Songz is being sued for "sexual battery, sexual assault, negligence, and intentional infliction of emotional distress which resulted in injury."
Both victims are suing for over $250,000 each.
