Matt Roloff has decided to take a different approach with his beloved farmhouse.

Taking to his Instagram page, the 62-year-old shared a picture of himself standing in front of his impressive property, looking relaxed in a black vest and brown flannel shirt over blue jeans.
In the background, a large green and white sign indicates that a "Short Term Rental" would soon be made available for interested persons. The author explained further in the caption:
"If any families out there want a front row seat and VIP access to the @rolofffarms Pumpkin Patch. (literally watch all the fun from your front porch)."

As expected, followers expressed their excitement at the rental opportunity, like this supporter who wrote, "Definitely one of my bucket list places to go!!!" Another also praised the farmer, "Looks like you got it back to perfection. Knew you would….good stuff Matt. 👊🏽."
While some fans were excited about the idea, others wished his sons would have been left with the house instead. While happy for Rollof, one cybernaut noted regretfully, "❤️❤️ pumpkin patch would be nice but I wish Jeremy or Zach would have ended up with the house 🏡 and land." At the same time, a fourth observed, "Beautiful place, but 3/night min. @ $630.00/night is a lot."
This new update might be a way for the television personality to keep his beloved land, especially after he decided to re-list it at a significantly lower price. Sources revealed to The Post that he had been wrestling with letting go of the property.
According to the insider, "Matt has been going back and forth on whether or not he really wants to sell the property. He tried listing it on Airbnb briefly as a way to hang onto it, but I think he is serious this time."
Last year, the entrepreneur initially listed the home for $4 million before reducing the price to $3.39 million. The impressive property is situated over 16 acres and is minutes away from downtown Portland.
As indicated by the listing, the primary residence boasts over 5,000 square feet of modernized living area, featuring five bedrooms, three baths, an outdoor pool, and a spacious six-car garage.
