Kelly Ripa proved a hit earlier this year as she showed off her yoga moves with husband Mark Consuelos. The talk show queen, 52, wowed her Instagram followers with a photo live from the Live! set, and it was couple vibes, plus workout ones. Showing off her fit figure at 50+, Kelly rocked a stylish leggings look as she kinda sat on hubby Mark, and she even gave her position a "frog" nickname. Fans appear to have mixed views ever since actor Mark replaced Kelly's former cohost Ryan Seacrest on morning TV, but it looks like they were here for this photo.

Keeping Super Fit

Kelly trained as a dancer, and it looks like she's kept up her flexible skillset.

The bubbly blonde was photographed with a big smile on her face as she kinda squatted over Mark, who lay on his front and on a studio-set yoga mat. Kelly had her legs on either side of Mark as she worked her quads and also her glutes. The mom of two kept practical in dark leggings with a cropped length, also going matching in a simple black t-shirt.

Sporting her blonde locks down and wearing discreet makeup, Kelly  also rested her hands on Mark's head as she told fans:

"Teamwork!!! It’s hard to tell where one begins and the other ends."

Secret To Her Jaw-Dropping Body

Kelly is known for keeping fit and that's without living in NYC and running around the city all day. The pint-sized star has opened up about her diet and workouts, and the latter are definitely varied.

"I was talking to a cardiologist and he said to make sure your heart beats out of your chest every day. The more you exercise, the healthier it is. And I can be honest: My body looks like Peter Pan no matter what I do," Kelly told The Cut back in 2019.

'Peter Pan' Body

the former All My Children star continued: "I’ve never been a va-va-voom woman. I like to take AKT — which is a cardio-based dance class — about four to five days a week between 3 and 5 p.m. And I like to do SoulCycle on the weekends. In the summer, I like to run in Central Park because I think it’s so gorgeous." Also a fan of SoulCycle is British fashion designer Victoria Beckham.

Kelly also sticks to an alkaline diet and is a huge fan of avocado on toast. Yup! She's in it for the good fats.
