President Joe Biden has just spoken out for the first time since meeting with the Israeli Prime Minister.
The President of the United States recently visited Israel to meet with Israel Prime Minister Netanyahu. Following their meeting, Biden addressed the public, which he began by stating, "I've come to Israel with a single message. You are not alone," before he discussed the ongoing events in Israel, including "children slaughtered, babies slaughtered, entire families massacred".
"There is no rationalizing it. No excusing it, period," Biden added.
President Joe Biden Has A Message For Lost Loved Ones
President Joe Biden delivered an emotional speech for those who have lost loved ones in the horrific events going on in Israel. "For those who have lost loved ones, this is what I know, they'll never be truly gone," Biden said in his speech.
"Israel must again be a safe place for the Jewish people," the President added. "I promise you we will do everything in our power to make sure it will be."
President Biden did not just discuss the Israeli people, but he also touched upon the Palestinian people as well, stating, "Palestinian people are suffering as well."
Just after Biden made his speech on the Israel-Hamas war, he took to X, the social media platform formerly known as Twitter, to make "himself clear". "The vast majority of Palestinians are not Hamas," Biden wrote. "And Hamas does not represent the Palestinian people."

Following his meeting with Israel Prime Minister Netanyahu regarding the horrific events occurring, President Joe Biden expressed that "we will continue to deter any actor wanting to widen this conflict."
Gaza Hospital Blast Kills Hundreds Of People
The President also spoke on the devastating explosion that struck a hospital in Gaza City, killing hundreds of people. “The United States stands unequivocally for the protection of civilian life during conflict,” he said, “and we mourn the patients, medical staff and other innocents killed or wounded in this tragedy.”
The blasts hit the Al-Ahli Baptist Hospital in the center of Gaza City, where thousands were sheltering from Israeli strikes, on Tuesday morning, just hours before President Biden left Washington for a trip to Israel.
Dr. Ashraf Al-Qudra, a spokesperson for the Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza, described the aftermath as “unparalleled and indescribable".
“Ambulance crews are still removing body parts as most of the victims are children and women,” Al-Qudra said. “Doctors were performing surgeries on the ground and in the corridors, some of them without anesthesia.”
President Joe Biden's Powerful Closing Words
President Joe Biden concluded with, "Israel you are not alone. The United States stands with you."
"The United States isn't going anywhere. We are going to stand with you. We will walk beside you in those dark days. We will walk with you in the good days to come," he continued before concluding with, "The people of Israel live. The people of Israel live. Israel will be safe. Today, tomorrow, forever. May god protect all those who work for peace. God save those who are still in harm's way."
