Five weeks after Bush's divorce filing, legal documents obtained by The Blast revealed that neither party, including her estranged husband Hughes, was seeking spousal support.

Hughes' response mirrored the "Chicago PD" actress' request to "terminate the court's ability to award support." He also asked for shared payment of attorney fees.

The divorce papers cite "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the split and state that their separation date is June 27, shortly after their June 11 wedding anniversary.

The filing also noted Hughes's uncertainty about the full extent of the property division, intending to provide further submissions once assets are clarified through court proceedings.
