'RHOA' Star Kim Zolciak Demands Physical Custody Of Her Children In Divorce

'Real Housewives Of Atlanta'star Kim Zolciak is demanding full physical custody of her children in the ongoing divorce with Kroy Biermann.
According to legal documents, obtained by The Blast, Zolciak responded to the most current divorce -- yes, they have two divorces -- after dropping the couple dropped the original case to reconcile.
In her filing, Kim asks the court to order Kroy to give her physical custody of their 4 kids, with "liberal visitation" given to the ex-NFLplayer.
Zolciak is asking to be "awarded temporary and permanent primary physical and joint legal custody of the minor children. Obviously, if the court agrees, she wants Kroy to pay "permanent child support" from him.
"She is a loving, fit, and proper parent," her legal team told the court.
Interestingly, Kim is admitting she is totally dependent on Beirmann for "support and maintenance" of their financial lives and is looking for permanent alimony for support.
The newest response discusses the former couple's marital residence, which was acquired while they were married. As we reported, the mansion hit the market this week at a staggering price of $6 Million. The good news, the couple bought it for much less, and they stand to make a profit from the sale.
In the documents, Zoliciak reminded the court she is a co-owner of the property and she should get half of everything that is made from the sale.
At this point, Kim is finally admitting the couple's marriage is "irretrievably broken" and there is "no hope of reconciliation." It's a complete 180 from the last legal response after Zolciak claimed the duo was still having s-- and they were not physically split. It made sense, considering the entire family still lives under one roof.
In the end, she is asking for Kroy to be restrained from "removing or secreting any property of the parties, including any bank accounts, retirement accounts, furniture and household goods in the marital residence until all claims of the parties can be heard and determined."
The reality television stars haven't always been in agreement on who is at fault for the marriage breakdown. At first, Kim accused Kroy of smoking weed and even called the cops on him during a heated argument.
In response, Kroy accused Kim of being an addicted gambler, who had put the family's finances in a terrible position.
Georgia police officers have visited the former couple on two occasions for fights that got out of hand.
The case is ongoing.
