Kim Zolciak & Kroy Biermann's Mansion For Sale Amid Messy Divorce

'RHOA' star Kim Zolciak and former NFL player Kroy Biermann have just listed their mansion for sale -- while in the middle of their messy divorce.

As we reported, the reality television star recently asked for her divorce to be called off with her husband, claiming the two stars are still having s-- regularly. In the opposite direction, Biermann has filed for divorce twice, claiming Zoliack’s gambling problems have led them to financial ruin.

Zolciak and Biermann listed their Milton, Georgia mansion for $6,000,000! With bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, and a gorgeous pool in the backyard, it is no surprise that the mansion comes at that kind of price. But that's not all because the home also includes a home gym, a movie theater, a wine cellar, a bar, an arcade, and plenty of space.

If the pair sells the mansion for the asking price, the profit will be significant, as they bought the place for $880,000 in 2012.

The news comes just days after a fake listing of Zolciak and Biermann’s mansion went up for sale on Zillow for $3.2 million. Per our previous report, a description of the property on the fake listing read, “Nestled within the prestigious and exclusive community of The Manor Golf & Country Club in the enchanting Alpharetta/Milton, Georgia, lies a truly remarkable and elegant masterpiece of architectural splendor. This luxurious estate boasts a breathtaking six-bedroom, six-full-bathroom, three-half-bathroom, 9,407-square-foot oasis of refined living, providing ultimate comfort, privacy, and sophistication.”

As we've reported Zillow claimed that the mansion was first listed for sale in February 2023 and has a monthly rental value of $17,205. However, it wasn't long after that sources close to the separated couple confirmed that Zociak and Biermann had yet to put up their home.

The retired NFL linebacker filed for divorce from the reality TV star amid reported financial difficulties. Per our previous report, “His filing at the time seemed to point to the fact that they were indeed working on their relationship after they withdrew their initial filing for divorce in July.”

Biermann, who shares four minor children with Zolciak, filed for primary custody and requested “exclusive” use of their $3 million Georgia mansion, per The Blast. Now, however, the mansion is up for sale.

According to court documents, he noted their 12-year union was “irretrievably broken,” demanding “exclusive, temporary, and permanent use and possession of the marital residence” in Alpharetta.

Just a few weeks ago, reports suggested that the reality television star had moved out of their $3 million Georgia home after Biermann filed for divorce for the second time amid their “serious financial” troubles, per the Daily Mail.

Last month, however, The Blast reported that Kim Zolciak announced her reconciliation with her estranged husband, Kroy Biermann, declaring they are again “living as husband and wife” in their million-dollar Georgia home.

It was also recently reported that the son of famous actor Tom Hanks, Chet Hanks, was seen getting flirty with the reality television star on the set of MTV’s “The Surreal Life” .
