The estranged couple's divorce proceeding has yielded quite the drama, but the "Cake By The Ocean" singer seemingly put aside his troubles to enjoy a fun outing with friends and bikini-clad women. But don't get too crazy, all of them are married.
Joe Jonas Spotted In High Spirits On A Yacht Days After Custody Agreement
Over the weekend, the Disney alum soaked up the sun on a luxury superyacht named after Lady Gaga's hit song "Bad Romance." Jonas might have chosen this water vessel as a subtle diss at his ex-lover. Nonetheless, as seen in the new photographs, the entertainer did not have Turner on his mind.
The "Camp Rock" star showed off his toned physique in a white tank top and was seen being a social butterfly. His conversation companions included former Playboy Playmate Erica McGraw, who rocked a string purple bikini while standing on the yacht's dining deck.
However, the media personality does not appear to be Jonas's rebound lady, given her marriage to Jay McGraw, who was also present on the luxury watercraft. Jonas looked happy, surrounded by friends while enjoying the sunny day on the water.
Before the boat ride, the musician was spotted driving in a black and white vintage Ford around the beach city. The father of two even stopped to take a picture in front of the classic car with a friend.
In September, the Jonas Brothers frontman shocked the world by filing to end his longtime marriage to Turner. The duo's divorce sparked various controversies after leaked court documents revealed the exes' concerning custody battle.
However, weeks after the drama, the father of two is finally letting loose thanks to a favorable settlement with his former wife.
If you recall, The Blast broke the news that Jonas and Turner agreed to settle their divorce privately after reaching a favorable custody arrangement for their two daughters. In the court documents we obtained, the pair mutually decided to mediate privately following their successful child custody agreement in New York.
Although the pair have ongoing court battles in Miami, Florida, and the U.K., they agreed to dismiss the Miami case, as it could always be reactivated if necessary. The private mediation means the duo would not hash out their differences in court to reduce the possibilities of leaked proceedings.
"They continue to pursue an amicable resolution of all issues in this matter," the filing noted about the former couple's future interactions. As part of the agreement reached between the exes, Jonas will file a notice of dismissal for claims related to parenting.
The doting parents of two are also expected to return to New York City on January 2 to finalize their custody agreement. This negotiation came to fruition after the entertainers reached a temporary holiday plan.
Per the latest interim consent order, the "X-Men: Apocalypse" actress will have custody of the former couple's two daughters — Willa and Delphine — from October 9 through October 21. On the other hand, Jonas will be allowed to spend Halloween with the girls.
However, the "Kissing Strangers" singer may be unable to spend the holidays with his children as the Jonas Brothers will likely be on tour. Considering his music career, the TV personality can have his daughters in the U.S. during his scheduled gigs in Austin, San Diego, and Anaheim.

Before the former spouses reached an understanding about their children's custody, the pair caused a stir on the internet over their differences. The "Game of Thrones" star wanted the kids to return to England with her, while the "Sucker" singer wished for his family to remain in the U.S.
Things got heated when Turner accused her ex-beau of withholding their children's passports. After weeks of back-and-forth drama, the parents finally reached an agreement following an "intense" mediation in New York.
At the time, the actress's lawyer, Stephen Cullen, described the mediation as "ongoing and productive." The legal representative noted that the custody sharing was "in anticipation of an amicable resolution of all issues" as the former power couple settled their divorce.
Per their agreements, the pair will each get two weeks with their daughters until January 2024. Additionally, Tuner could have the girls in England for Christmas. However, it is unclear if Jonas would travel to the U.K. to commemorate the festive season with his children.
