Hailey Baldwin Brings Back The Scrunchie in Retro Fashion Look

Hailey Baldwin is taking us back to the '90s, which is funny because she was born in 1996.

The model was out in New York on Thursday heading into her appearance on "Live With Kelly and Ryan" wearing the greatest accessory from over two decades ago ... a scrunchie!!! Sporting a matching pantsuit with plunging neckline, Hailey looked so retro in her half-up, half-down hairstyle that was secure with the black hair tie.

This isn't the first time she's been rocking the '90-inspired look. Over Coachella weekend, Hailey was all about giving the scrunchie it's well-deserved return to fasion!
