Timbaland’s alleged squatter is like Jason in a "Friday the 13th" movie — just when you think he's gone for good, he re-emerges stronger than ever!
As The Blast first reported, Timbaland sued a man named William Zamora accusing the man of refusing to vacate his home after a deal to sell the house fell through.
Zamora claimed factors beyond his control prevented the sale from closing, pointing to liens filed against the home by the IRS and Timbaland’s former divorce attorneys.
He claimed to have put $300,000 into home repairs and contracted for an additional $200,00 in repairs and accused Timbaland of turning around to try and sell the home to another party.
On April 3, a hearing was held where the judge sided with Timbaland and gave Zamora 14 days to vacate and hand over possession of the property.
The judge eventually issued an order for the local sheriff to kick Zamora out. He then tried to file for a new hearing and was denied.
BUT THEN ... Zamora filed for bankruptcy which put a stay on everything in the legal battle!
