Fitness Trainer Whitney Johns In Tiny Two-Piece Channels ‘Goddess Energy’

Fitness trainer Whitney Johns is putting her beach body on display for her Instagram followers yet again!

The popular fitness coach teased her “goddess energy” in a tiny two-piece that did not leave much to the imagination.

In one of her latest Instagram posts, the Fit With Whit founder put her sunned buns on display as she gave fans a rear view of her black drawstring bathing suit. Her hair is tied back behind her as she poses, sharing two snaps of her posing out in nature. In one photo, a black cuff bracelet can be seen around her left wrist.

Whitney tagged the Cherokee Reservation as the location for these snaps. “It was once said we have Cherokee tribe in our blood, but I’m too paranoid to take the DNA tests now (not tryna get cloned without my consent),” she wrote in the caption. “I’m just gonna embody that Native American Goddess energy anyways.”

“Lots of cosplay adventures happening on the fun page all month. Hit the [link emoji],” she added in the caption, leading her followers to her Instagram page to see more steamy snaps. She tagged @arimichaelt as the stylist and @elisabettarogiani for the outfit. “Oh my! You think the same way about DNA tests! Thought I was the only one!” one fan commented. “Not alone haha,” Whitney replied.

She has a moon headband wrapped around her forehead and long dangling earrings to compliment the rest of her strappy swimsuit. In the caption, she asked, “If you could have any superpower what would it be and why? Best answers get a shoutout.”

“Moon goddess to the max. Also, since it’s a Pisces moon, I feel like you’re kneeling at my humble altar right now,” one fan teased. “Blue moon power to the max bra,” Whitney replied. “Sending all my moon vibes south by a little birdie. In yet another recent Instagram post, Whitney stood barefoot in her living room as she performed a single dumbbell workout in an orange sports bra and grey shorts. She doesn’t take up much space as she exercises on her yoga mat, reminding followers that they don’t need to head to a gym to get a good workout in. “Crush your fitness goals one home workout at a time,” she wrote in the caption.

“Fall time gets busy. Kids are back in school, summer playtime is over and it’s the perfect time to get serious about your gains. Home workouts are a beautiful solution for my friends on a time crunch," she continued. "They allow for convenience, flexibility, privacy, and more consistency as a result.” In the description, she plugged her Fit With Whit workout program and listed some of the features of her program, such as personalized macros-based meal plans, a weekly shopping list, and a detailed progress tracker.
