Shannen Doherty Is Close To Settling Divorce With Kurt Iswarienko

'90210' star  Shannen Doherty's divorce from Kurt Iswarienko is very close to settling.

According to new documents, obtained by The Blast, the legal case ending the former couple's marriage is on its last step before becoming official.

As previously reported by The Blast, the "Charmed" actress "wanted out of her marriage to Iswarienko and filed the necessary paperwork to do so back in April. In a statement, the Beverly Hills 90210 alum alleges via her rep that 'Divorce is the last thing' she wanted to do at this time."

"Divorce is the last thing Shannen wanted," Doherty's rep, Leslie Sloane, previously told PEOPLE in a statement. "Unfortunately, she felt she was left with no other option."

In the newest filing,  Shannen Doherty filed a "preliminary declaration of disclosure which includes, assets and debts, community and separate property, and a current income and expense declaration."

This is essentially telling the court she's turned over all financial information to her former spouse, so they can agree on the split of their property and money.

Normally, this indicates the couple is just days away from settling their divorce.

As we reported, Iswarienko responded to the divorce, pointing out the date of marriage as October 15, 2011 -- making it 12 years of marriage for the couple. However, it is important to note that he did not list the date of separation like Doherty did in her paperwork.

The former couple doesn't share any kids, so child support is not an issue, though, Iswarienko did check off the box that yes to attorney fees and costs to be split by the former couple.

Ahead of getting married for the third time, the "Little House On The Prairie" actress spoke about how serious she was taking this marriage. “Marriage to me is such a gigantic commitment that it’s not something I’d ever go into lightly anymore. I’ve learned my lesson.”

Doherty recently revealed that she underwent surgery in January to remove and biopsy a tumor in her brain.

“I am clearly trying to be brave but I am petrified. The fear was overwhelming to me,” she wrote, in part, in the caption of her video. “Scared of all possible bad outcomes, worried about leaving my mom and how that would impact her. I worried that I would come out of surgery not me anymore. This is what cancer can look like.”

She also revealed, “On January 5th, my CT scan showed Mets in my brain. Yesterday’s video was showing the process of getting fitted for the mask which you wear during radiation to your brain,” the caption reads. “January 12, the first round of radiation took place.”

“My fear is obvious. I am extremely claustrophobic and there was a lot going on in my life,” Doherty added. “I am fortunate as I have great doctors like Dr Amin (Mirhadi) and the amazing techs at Cedar Sinai. But that fear…. The turmoil….. the timing of it all…. This is what cancer can look like.”

Shannen Doherty was first diagnosed with breast cancer in 2015.
