Odessa Adlon Doubles Her Payday with ‘Fam’ Series Pickup

The news that CBS was picking up the show “Fam” for its Fall lineup was doubly good news for series co-star Odessa Adlon because it means she doubled her pay!

According to her contract for the show, Adlon — who is the daughter of “Better Things” star Pamela Adlon and the girlfriend of Jaden Smith — was paid $37,500 to shoot the pilot for the show.

But her deals calls for her to receive another $37,500 if the show got picked up to series, which it recently did. Adlon plays Shannon on the show alongside “Vampire Diaries” star Nina Dobrev.

Adlon gets modest paydays if the show continues on: $39,375 for season 2, $41,344 for season 3 … all the way up to $50,253 if the shoe makes it to season 7.

The way shows get canceled these days, probably shouldn’t count on it making it that far.

Adlon previously appeared in one episode of “Better Things” and a few eps of the country music series, “Nashville.”
