She is wearing a lacy red bra along with denim jeans that show off her toned figure. She tagged Malibu, California, as her location but did not write anything in the caption.

“3 years ago today I removed alcohol from my life. I used to think I needed it to combat my social anxiety and to be fun. It was like I had a little bird on my shoulder anytime I was in a social situation, watching me and second-guessing how I handled myself,” she wrote in the caption. “I was forever wondering if I was doing an okay job. The little bird is still there, but I have learned to ignore her now.”
