In one photo, she is leaning against a windowsill with one hand placed on her head. Her long blonde hair, which is usually tied back out of her face while she works out, is styled in loose curves that fall around her shoulders.

She is wearing a blue lingerie set that has lacy white waves of flowers stitched into the fabric. The blue bottoms wrap around her toned waist, showing off her flawless curves and her abs. Her silver belly button ring stands out against her sun-kissed summer tan as she poses with one hand placed on her chest to show off her manicure.

In the caption of this Instagram post, the Internet celebrity wrote, “Morning coffee & talking about what I’m grateful for is the best way to start my day.” She capped off her post with the emoji of a cup of coffee and several hashtags, including “fitness motivation,” “faith over fear,” “god is good,” “model life,” and “fitness model.”
