The pop star was seen out and about in New York on Thursday, changing three times and ending the night in a dramatic red frock that commanded attention. Showing off her goods, Gaga turned heads in the short number with a huge tulled back. Pairing the eccentric look with black fishnets and a vintage studded handbag, she left no diamond behind.
