Hollywood star Arnold Schwarzenegger has weighed in on the reported weight of former President Donald Trump, challenging the 215lbs evaluation in his court records.
During an appearance on "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" the iconic actor and former California governor suggested Trump would weigh 100 pounds more than previously reported.
Arnold Schwarzenegger Refutes Donald Trump's 215Lbs Weight
Schwarzenegger, known for his larger-than-life presence both on and off the screen, made the playful remark during an interview with Jimmy Kimmel on the return of his popular late-night talk show, "Jimmy Kimmel Live!"
Due to his "expertise" in bodybuilding, the "Terminator" actor was asked to give his take on the reports that Trump weighs 215lbs, as noted in his Fulton County jail booking records.
"You know, I don't really know how much he weighs," the actor replied. "I can tell you one thing, if he would ask me what should he do for fitness, I would just say, 'Run around yourself three times and you're going to be in great, great shape.'"
Seeking to clarify Schwarzenegger's take, Kimmel asked if he believed Trump actually weighed 215lbs, which the action star seemingly refuted.
"Yes, as much as it is possible that there is no climate change," he said. "And as much as it's possible that we don't need to reduce pollution."
"Look, we all know the way he is, and if it makes him feel good to tell everyone he weighs 215, I think everyone laughs about it because he does not look like he weighs 215," he added. "He's a little more like 315."
Jimmy Kimmel Pokes Fun At Donald Trump's Weight
During the recent episode of "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" the host couldn't resist poking fun at former President Trump, specifically taking aim at his reported weight. Kimmel resumed filming his talk show again on Monday following the months-long industry-wide strike.
In a segment that seamlessly blended humor with current events, Kimmel addressed Trump's listed weight of 215 lbs. with a quip that elicited laughter from the audience.
"Every time something happened in the news, I would get texts asking me if I was bummed we didn't have a show that night," he told the audience.
He went on, "Mostly, I was fine, but the one that really got me was when they booked Trump in Georgia, and he self-reported his weight at 215 pounds. I almost crossed the picket line for that."
"If I was the judge in the case he has going on in New York right now, I'd start the trial and say, 'Listen, we're going to get to the fraud thing, but first hop up on this scale, big fella," he added.
"That means he's 30 pounds lighter than his last physical. When he was President, he was 245 pounds, which means he's either lying or the Colonel is now frying his chicken in Ozempic," he quipped.
Arnold Schwarzenegger Discusses His 'Strict' Parenting Style
Elsewhere in his chat with Kimmel, Schwarzenegger shared a relatable parenting anecdote, revealing that, in a moment of frustration, he once threw his son Patrick's mattress into the pool to impart a life lesson.
"For the way I grew up, I was lenient. But I think for American standards, I was probably strict," he shared.
The actor went on, "My son did not make his bed. He had his nanny make the bed, which was not allowed," adding that he instructed them to carry out cleaning duties at home, like making their beds, washing their clothes, and cleaning their bathrooms.
"So, I came in one time and the bed was made so immaculately that I looked at it and said, 'Patrick, did you do that?' And he said, 'No, I didn't,'" the actor recalled. "So I grabbed the mattress, opened up the doors, and threw it off the balcony down into the swimming pool!"
"It gives an example. So he had to, kind of, drag it up, the mattress and the pillows—I threw everything out there," Schwarzenegger added.
Arnold Schwarzenegger On Friendship With Sylvester Stallone
During a recent interview with People magazine, the "Junior" actor opened up about his deep and enduring friendship with fellow action icon Sylvester Stallone.
The two Hollywood legends, known for their larger-than-life roles in blockbuster movies, share a bond that goes beyond the glitz and glamour of the silver screen.
The iconic duo has shared the screen in blockbuster films such as the "Expendables" series and "Escape Plan," but their camaraderie extends far beyond their professional collaborations.
"Fantastic. I really admire him. I love him," he said of his relationship with Stallone. "He's just a different person than me. He's much more raw, and he's much more vulnerable and in touch with his emotions."
He continued, "When he gets mad, he just gets mad. It's like when you light a fuse — his goes right away. 'Boom!' Mine goes, 'Shhh.' It takes two days to get to the actual boom. It makes him good in acting because he feels things immediately."
