Sophie Turner & Joe Jonas: Family Home Choice REVEALED In Re-surfaced Letter

The shocking divorce between Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner takes another dramatic turn.

Turner has released fresh information as she and Jonas go deep into a custody battle over their two children. The estranged couple tied the knot in a surprise marriage ceremony at Chapel L'Amour in Las Vegas on May 1, 2019, after the "Billboard Music Awards."

The "Game of Thrones" actress disclosed to the court that Jonas had plans to move the family to England full-time.

Per Page Six, Turner tendered a letter written by Jonas on June 16 convincing a homeowner to let him purchase their house in Wallingford, Oxford. The content of the letter written just three months before the "This Is Me" singer filed for divorce include:

"When my wife and I decided we were going to spend more time in the UK and search for a permanent home, our daughter expressed three unwavering requirements: having chickens, a pony, and a Wendy house,

He continued that while they checked out a lot of houses, the "charming blue shutter" and "beautiful walled garden" in this particular home caught their (Turner & Jonas) fancy. The 3rd of "The Jonas Brothers" trio also added that he shared his adoration for the home with his ex-father-in-law, who was impressed by the vegetable garden.

"I have been completely charmed by the idea of dropping my children to school on the boat and being able to spend a leisurely afternoon cruising to the pub with friends on my very own boat." shared the award-winning singer. He even added that one of the large rooms in the house would be the perfect recording studio.

"We could tell that your family have truly loved living here, and we can envision our children growing up here and making this our forever home. I really think Sophie and I will be able to look after (their children) and for many years pay homage to the magic you have created here." Jonas added as he concluded the letter.

The homeowner reportedly accepted the couple's offer as they made a 10% deposit of $914,130 on the property on July 7. Jonas also allegedly texted one of Turner's sisters-in-law about officially becoming homeowners in the UK, with the sale set to be finalized on Dec.2.

Turner also revealed that they spoke extensively about moving to the UK in 2022 before leaving their home in Miami on March 10. The actress also claimed they moved much of their belongings to the UK between May 5 and July 31.

However, The Blast recently reported that they're keeping their kids away from the messy drama and even agreed to keep their two daughters in New York despite Turner's appearance at a federal court the week before.

The "Dark Phoenix" actress initially invoked a child abduction law amid allegations of Jonas's refusal to hand over the kids' passports. She also demanded that the "Hesitate" singer return the kids to England, but an interim consent order has stopped both parties from moving them out of New York.

According to court documents, the children must remain within New York's Southern or Eastern Districts covering NYC, Hudson Valley, and Long Island.

Despite crushing news of their separation and the unfolding drama, Turner has recorded major wins on her business and social media accounts. The Blast disclosed that the "Josie" actress's company, Sophie Bee Enterprise Ltd, recorded earnings totaling $371k.

Aside from this company, she has two investment properties in Belsize Park and Maida Vale, including shared homes with Jonas in the United States. Her parents managed the company responsible for her acting earnings via a trust account until she took over before marrying Jonas.

Her Instagram account also grew as she added 156,266 new followers since the news of the divorce and the split of "The Jonas Brothers" band broke out. Turner and Jonas welcomed their first daughter, Willa, in 2020 and the second (name unknown) in July 2022.

Per their prenup, Jonas will get to keep all the royalties from his music with brothers Kevin and Nick, and Turner will also retain all her earnings from her acting career. Their joint properties also remain with whoever acquired them before their marriage, and they get to divide the proceeds from the sale of their marital home.
