According to new court documents, Seminole Police Department officers responded to a call at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa in Florida around 2 p.m. on September 18. The venue security claimed that Dion Lewis was being "unruly."

Cops noted the former New England Patriots running back was told he had to leave the property due to his behavior and was escorted to valet. Authorities met security there, where they informed Lewis he could either get in a cab or Uber off of casino property.

However, according to the documents, "Lewis became belligerent in front of other casino patrons, calling officers 'p-----s,' and advising he was not leaving property because he did nothing wrong."

The NFL star then allegedly threatened to spit in a sergeant's face "if he touched him."

Earlier this year, the now University at Albany football assistant coach was thrown out of Nite Moves Gentlemen’s Club in following an altercation on June 11.

“Mr. Lewis was verbally advised that he is no longer welcome at that establishment, so he could face a trespass charge if he returns there,” Colonie Police Lt. Daniel J. Belles said, per Times Union.

The incident occurred around 2 a.m. when staff suspected Lewis was in violation of the club rules after using his phone inside of the bar. He was then asked to leave, which is when Lewis threw money a security staff member's face. The club’s manager then called the police.

The co-owner of the nightclub released a statement at the time. "I had only heard a couple of semi-regular customers were there with a group,” Dick wrote in a Facebook message. “They snuck in alcohol. Were told they couldn’t. Did it again. Then one may have been trying to record stage. We do not allow phones in floor for that reason. Floor host approached him and told him he had to go. He gave him a hard time. Customer’s friend may have instigated. Customer threw singles at floor host’s face. He tried to remove him and the 2 wrestled.”

Lewis is now banned from the Gentlemen's Club.

The former NFL player was also arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated in Guilderland just four months after he retired.
