Fitness Trainer Lindsey Gordon Suns Her Buns In The Bahamas

Fitness trainer Lindsey Gordon is showing off her fit physique in the Bahamas!

The popular fitness coach is an inspiration to many, especially after coming back from a "rather serious" car accident to continue her fitness career. Fans love her dedication to helping others achieve their wellness goals and the thoughtful captions she shares as well!

In one of her latest Instagram posts, the popular fitness trainer lay on her stomach in the shallow water of the Bahamas. A cruise ship can be seen in the distance as she poses on the crowded beach, looking as though she doesn’t have a career in the world as she flaunts her glowing summer tan.

“I don’t know what it is about the sea that makes me feel so alive, and connected but ever since I was a little girl, there’s always been something special about it,” she wrote in the caption. “It has always been a place that brings me an extreme sense of peace. It fills my soul with so much joy and happiness no matter what my life looks like in that moment.”

“Maybe this is because it’s the place I feel most connected to God,” she continued. “The beach is His gift to me since He isn’t here in the physical form. I love going to the beach alone because I feel like I’m sitting right alongside Him.”

“Lately, life has felt like I’m being tested in so many ways and I constantly find myself asking ‘Why is this happening to me? Will it ever stop?’ At church a couple of weeks ago my pastor was talking about the storms of life,” she continued. “He challenged us to start asking God what He can teach us about ourselves through these seasons, or ‘storms’.”

“It resonated with me so deeply because of how difficult these past two months have been,” she explained. “He said, ‘Any confession you have about God, comes from the way God has decided to reveal himself to YOU’. MIND BLOWN.”

“This is my encouragement to you to challenge yourself & your perspectives on situations occurring in your life right now,” she concluded. “Find a place where you can feel God flood your heart and give you that peace that comes from nothing else on this earth.”

In yet another Instagram post, Lindsey advised her followers to “learn to appreciate what you HAVE before time makes you appreciate what you HAD” while snapping a mirror selfie at the gym that featured her posing in open-toe sandals and crew socks.

“As quite a few of you know, I was involved in a rather serious car accident earlier this month,” she explained. “My back is extremely messed up and it has prevented me from being able to work out due to the injuries I sustained. before this incident, I sometimes found myself ‘going through the motions’ even though each day was a great workout.”

“Reflecting back on this has made me realize I should have been appreciating each day I had at the gym,” she confessed. “Tomorrow is not guaranteed & that’s why it’s so important to count your blessings every single day. check in with yourself, what are you grateful for? What could you improve on? How can you make each day your best?”

“I am doing what I can to recover from this and I can promise you when I get back into the gym it’s game on,” she wrote. “ I can’t wait to come back stronger from this. I truly think that’s such a beautiful way God works. He puts us in these difficult situations where we must take a step back to take 10 steps forward.”

“My full faith is in Him because I know He is leading me exactly to where He wants me, and that alone brings me enough peace to keep pushing on,” she concluded as fans showered her post with words of encouragement and praise at her resilience.
