Former first lady Michelle Obama has been on a tour of Europe over the last few weeks. She was recently spotted in Italy with celebrity friends, enjoying a yacht ride and snorkeling.

It has recently been rumored that she would throw her hat in as the Democratic candidate for the 2024 U.S. presidential election.
Michelle Obama Spotted Having A Good Time With Her Celebrity Friends
According to a report, former first lady Michelle Obama has been having a good time on her European vacation sans her husband, Barrack Obama.
Michelle's latest stop on her vacation brings her to Italy, as evidenced by photos capturing her enjoying a day at sea with her celebrity companions.
The adventure began with Michelle disembarking from an expansive 357-foot superyacht reportedly owned by Steven Spielberg. This luxurious vessel boasts two swimming pools, a movie theater, and a helicopter landing pad.

She was accompanied by actor Tom Hanks, his wife, Rita Wilson, the renowned director Spielberg himself, and his partner Kate Capshaw.
The group then transitioned to a smaller boat, which carried them further into the waters for snorkeling activities. Before reaching their chosen destination, they engaged in lively conversations and captured moments with their phones against the stunning backdrop.
Later, some group members shed their clothing to dip in the water, while others soaked up the sun.
Michelle Obama Previously Visited Spain
Before her Italian sighting, Michelle was spotted in two of the most beautiful cities in Spain: Mallorca and Madrid.
Her friends, former U.S. Ambassador to Spain James Costos and his husband Michael Smith, accompanied her. Upon her arrival, the trio first dined at Flanigan's restaurant in Puerto Portals.
After that, they enjoyed a scenic cruise aboard an elegant yacht called the Falcao Uno before leaving for Finca Xarbet, the beautiful residence owned by Costos and Smith.
They dined on the rooftop of Hotel Sant Francesc and Restaurant El Camino in Palma the next day. Michelle also visited the newly-opened Royal Collections Gallery and the La Reina Sofia Museum in Madrid during her Spanish trip.
Is Michelle Obama Interested In Coming Back To The White House?
Away from Michelle's vacation, rumors have circulated that she could be nominated to be the Democrat's presidential candidate in place of Joe Biden.
It comes after Senator Ted Cruz suggested on his podcast, "Verdict with Ted Cruz," that some Democrats worried about President Biden's mental sharpness might consider promoting Michelle Obama as an alternative candidate for the 2024 election.
"So here's the scenario that I think is perhaps the most likely and most dangerous," Cruz said, per Real Clear Politics, before adding that a decision will most likely be made during the August 2024 DNC convention in Chicago—Obama's hometown.
He continued, "In August of 2024, the Democrat kingmakers jettison Joe Biden and parachute in Michelle Obama. View this as a grave danger."
Cruz explained why Michelle fits the position, although he also acknowledged that the former first lady isn't all that eager to return to the White House.
She Recently Earned Almost $1M For A Speaking Engagement
In the meantime, Michelle has been doing well for herself since leaving the White House, as seen by the massive success of her books.
She has also become the hotcake for multiple speaking engagements, with reports indicating they are financially rewarding.
The Daily Mail recently noted that she bagged nearly $750,000 for a one-hour speech at a tech fair organized in Munich, Germany.
She was scheduled to speak to the attendees about " pushing past self-doubt while discussing the importance of inclusivity and diversity."
The organizers claimed they "pulled out all the stops to get her" and that her speaking fee was among the "highest they have ever paid."
