The FBI is investigating threats against the daughters of Jack Osbourne, connected to a nasty situation involving one of his ex-wife's former employees.
According to court documents, obtained by The Blast, a former employee of Fancy Sprinkles -- a company Lisa Stellylaunched selling high-quality, edible sprinkles and premium baking decorations -- is allegedly threatening management and their families after being terminated.
In the filing, Stelly is asking for protection from this person, including her three children.
Ozzy Osbourne'sson, Jack, welcomed his first child with the actress in April 2012; the two were later married in October. They welcomed their second child in June 2015 and their third in February 2018; unfortunately, they filed for separation only a few months later and finalized their divorce on March 5, 2019.
Jack Osbourne's Ex-Wife Details Threats Made To Her Family
The woman -- who we've chosen not to name -- is said to have worked for the company for only several months. According to the legal filing, she was fired due to "poor performance and a lack of professionalism."
Lisa claims the woman proceeded to launch a barrage of threats after being fired, and detailed the harassment as "sending threatening emails and making threatening/harassing posts on [the company's] social media pages."
She continued, "Shortly after her termination, she began a campaign of harassing and threatening me personally through a variety of communications and online platforms. Respondent's harassment goes far beyond "internet trolling," as she has used vulgar, violent language directed at me and the company, making repeated threats to cause harm to me and the company."
Adding, "One particularly alarming email directed at (the company's CEO) appears to be a death threat."
Jack Osbourne's ex-wife filed a restraining order in Los Angeles County Courts, asking a judge to keep this person 100 yards away from her family and the business.
In the documents, Stelly describes the start of the nasty dispute, saying, "In or about June 2023, Fancy Sprinkles had to terminate her for cause — namely, for not meeting expectations in her role, as well as for unprofessional behavior. This was not something we took lightly, but her termination was in the best interests of the company."
FBI Is Investigating Threats To The Osbourne Family
In the court filing, Jack Osbourne's ex-wife claimed that she had been in contact with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and filed a victim's complaint with the Bureau's Internet Crime Complaint Center in order to chronicle Carolina's online activity, which she claims rises to the level of cyberbullying.
It's unclear if the FBI's investigation will lead to criminal charges.
That being said, Lisa says that all the threats from her former employee have made her "afraid for my personal safety, the safety of my employees, and the safety of my family due to the unpredictable and alarming nature of (the woman's) actions and the overt threats contained in her communications and online posts, especially because her threats often try to target my children."
Examples of the messages include, "It's over. Go spread your legs for some other loser celebrity," and "I hope you f---ing die b----."
Ozzy Osbourne's Grandchildren Granted Order Of Protection
Stelly goes on to describe why she feels the woman makes good on her threats, writing, "She also knows where I and my three children live, as I am a public figure and this information is available online. Because her behavior I so erratic and has not slowed down even when I continue to block her accounts, I am terrified that she may show up at my place of business or my home and try to harm me or further antagonize me."
She continued, "It has been three months since her termination, and she has new employment, yet ceases to stop harassing and threatening me. Unless a workplace violence restraining order is entered against her to order her to stop her harassment, I am afraid that she will only continue to escalate her threats toward me, my business, and my family."
Unfortunately, Lisa went on to say that it was difficult to raise her three daughters as a single parent, but moreover, she has worked incredibly hard to build her Fancy Sprinkles company from the ground up and establish her brand. She described the business as her "life's work" and detailed why she is unable to just bail on social media due to its importance to the company's success.
The good news, a judge agreed and ordered the woman to stay 100 yards away from the family. Plus, the judge indicated the order was made based on a "credible threat" of violence or stalking. Plus, the person was ordered not to harass or threaten them on social media.
