In a new interview, the "Friends" star graciously shared her four easy yet effective secrets to maintaining her svelte size two physique, revealing that it includes a thoughtful approach to television consumption.

Aniston has been the epitome of grace and beauty for decades. At 54, she continues to captivate audiences with her age-defying figure, leaving many wondering about the secrets behind her size two physique. 

In a candid interview in Issue 23 of CR Fashion Book, the star finally shared the key to her stunning appearance.

"I drink a lot of water, move my body daily, try to eat whole, fresh foods, and get as much sleep as I can," she told the publication, adding, "That last part is challenging for me, but it's so important. I feel it when I don't get enough rest."

She went on to note that she's mindful of what comes into her headspace, which seemingly entails cutting down on TV time and news consumption.

"Our world is really going through some challenges, and I know we all care a lot, but sometimes I think it's imperative that we turn off the noise," she added.

The "Murder Mystery" actress also graced the headlines for her jaw-dropping display of confidence and fitness in the cover shoot for CR Fashion Book's latest issue.

In a series of captivating images, Aniston can be seen showcasing her impeccably toned abs. Clad in a bikini top and tie, she radiated an unmistakable sense of confidence and poise. As seen in photos shared, she creatively turned the bra into business wear by styling it with a loosely worn Valentino cropped shirt, trousers, and a tie.

In another photo, she looked effortlessly glam in a sultry smoky eye and glossy lip, with her tresses flowing freely in front of her face. She also posed in a Bottega Veneta suit and an oversized, '90s-esque silhouette.

In a new cover story for Wall Street Journal Magazine, the star expressed her views on the contentious topic, sparking a conversation about nuance and compassion in an era marked by cancel culture. 

Aniston emphasized the importance of avoiding sweeping generalizations in issues like these, highlighting the need for a more nuanced understanding of individual actions and intentions.

"I'm so over cancel culture. I probably just got canceled by saying that," the actress said. "I just don't understand what it means.… Is there no redemption? I don't know. I don't put everybody in the Harvey Weinstein basket."

Speaking about Weinstein, she went on to note that although he didn't harass her, her encounters with him were not desirable.

"He's not a guy, you're like, 'God, I can't wait to hang out with Harvey.' Never. You were actually like, 'Oh, God, OK, suck it up.' I remember actually, he came to visit me on a movie to pitch me a movie. And I do remember consciously having a person stay in my trailer," she recounted.

The actress recently treated her fans to a delightful "summertime photo dump" on her Instagram, showing a glimpse into her sun-soaked vacation with close friends Jason Bateman and Jimmy Kimmel and their wives Molly McNearney and Amanda Anka.
