Blac Chyna Admits She & Derrick Milano Are Determined To Make Things Work After 'Love Found' Them
Over the last year, fans have seen Chyna undergo multiple changes, including becoming sober and reversing the results of her previous cosmetic procedures. The reality television star now appears to be making better choices in men, recently going Instagram official with her hunk of a man.
Earlier this week, the mother of two, who is now going by her birth name Angela White, shared a photo of her and her new beau lovingly smiling at each other. The pair held the other's gaze and sat very close together on a couch.
For outfits, Milano donned a multi-shade green jacket and a black round-neck T-shirt and layered a chunky silver neckpiece on his shirt. He added a black face cap with the word "Amiri" scribbled on it and his stud glistened from his ear.
As for his woman, she opted for a blue jean outfit that featured a deep neckline, allowing viewers a look at her cleavage. Her face was adorned with makeup and her blonde curls tumbled down her shoulder in the shot that was simply captioned, "β€οΈXππ½."
Alongside getting over 73k likes, the post also accrued hundreds of comments, with one person writing, "I pray this is the real one for you, cause l'm rooting for ya girl, don't let Anyone clout off your name."
"You deserve this happiness more than anything. You are so beautiful, just glowing," a second fan claimed, and a third added, "I hope that man is the one." Similarly, model Amber Rose dropped "πππππ," while the man of the moment stepped in to claim Chyna, typing "Mine βΎοΈ."
Reaction to the update was a bit more critical on X, as one person asserted, "Blac chyna always finds her way back into the industry you f--- wit a songwriter now? Lol respect π«‘," and another expressed, "Not blac chyna dating Nicki's producer ππ."
The mixed reactions clearly had no effect on Chyna as she declared in a statement that people "won't be able to say power couple without mentioning Angela White & Derrick Gray!" shortly after going Instagram official with the latter.
According to PEOPLE, the "Extra with Billy Bush" star continued, "They always say don't go looking for love, let love find you. In⦠this case love found us. I know that might sound cliche, but hey, it be like that sometimes."
The former "Rob & Chyna" star then highlighted the strength of their relationship, emphasizing the importance of friendship, long conversations, consistency, support, love, trust, and faith in shaping what they have. Additionally, she mentioned the need to be vulnerable with one another and maintain open and honest communication in a successful relationship.
In a more serious tone toward the statement's end, Chyna hinted at some significant future endeavors with Milano that will not only uplift them as a couple but also make a positive impact on their community and the world, setting an example for others.
She concluded by disclosing that her mother, Tokyo Toni, also has affection for the 29-year-old musician, further reinforcing the bond between them.
The 'Keeping Up With The Kardashians' Alum Has Been Sober For A Year
Earlier this month, the "My Word" artist marked a special milestone by celebrating one year of sobriety with multiple images posted on Instagram. One of the heartwarming photos depicted her receiving flowers and a kiss from her mother, while another was a screenshot from the '12 Steps' app confirming her sobriety.
There was also a picture of a celebratory cake that acknowledged her accomplishment with the words, "Congratulations on your 1 year sobriety Angela Renee White." Taking a reflective stance in the accompanying caption, Chyna penned:
"September 14, 2023, marks my one-year of sobriety. This year taught me a lot about myself. I made up my mind on September 14, 2022, that I was done with the alcohol. This process is not easy but I did it, I plan on continuing practicing sobriety."
The "Tokyo Toni's Find Love Asap!" alum dubbed herself as "unstoppable, smart, beautiful, brave, a great mother, and a great friend," before telling others like her:
"I'm hoping that when you see this, this will inspire you if you are struggling with any addiction, just know that you can do it and you are worth it."
