Justin Bieber was just sued by the guy he got into a street fight with in Cleveland back during the 2016 NBA Finals, and he claims the singer hurled racial epithets, including the "N-word," in front of an entire group of people.

According to the documents obtained by The Blast, Rodney Cannon claims that during a fight with Bieber the singer "suddenly became irate" over a photograph that was taken and demanded it be deleted. Cannon says in addition to threatening harm upon him, JB leveled "threatening communications made in public in front of a number of people including racial epithets."

Sources close to the situation tell The Blast the racial epithet used by Bieber was the "N-word."

Cannon says because of Bieber's alleged verbal and physical attack, he suffered mental and emotional injuries.

Cannon filed a police report following the fight outside of Bieber's hotel after Game 3 of the Cleveland vs Golden State series. He claimed he suffered a concussion during the melee.

If you don't remember the incident, Bieber squared off with a dude twice his size, and after throwing punches to the guy's face, was taken to the ground immediately.

Bieber has been embroiled in racial controversy before. When he was 14 years old he filmed a video switching his lyrics for "One Less Lonely Girl" with the "N-word." It surfaced years later.
