The 30-year-old fitness trainer teased her "contagious" energy while showing off her fit figure in yet another gorgeous landscape!

In another recent Instagram post, Jen shared her fit physique posing in a strapless tube top and matching bathing suit bottoms. She is wearing white sneakers that stand out against her glowing summer tan as she poses with her hands behind her head, letting her long brown hair fall over both shoulders.

She is wearing sunglasses to hide her eyes from the harsh sun as she gives fans a good look at the definition in her toned abs. She is standing in the middle of a majestic mountain landscape, giving her followers a look at the gorgeous area all around her.

In the caption, Jen wrote, “Energy is contagious, whether it's positive or negative. Choose wisely, because the vibes you put out have a way of affecting everyone around you.”
