Jason Sudeikis and Olivia Wilde have finally reached an agreement about the custody arrangement of their two children — son Otis, 9, and daughter Daisy, 6.

The contentious legal battle between the estranged couple began last year when the "Ted Lasso" actor publicly served Wilde while she was on stage at the 2022 CinemaCon in Las Vegas.

Since then, the pair have been at it, even joining efforts to wage war against their nanny, but it seems they have reached an arrangement that works for both parties.

According to court documents obtained by Daily Mail, the $27,500 covers $10,300 for their son and $17,200 for their daughter. As for the custody arrangement, the former lovers agreed on joint custody of their minors, with each parent spending time with the children on a "week-on, week-off basis."

Alongside the five-figure child support payment, the "We're The Millers" star was instructed by the court to cover 25 percent of the "House" star's childcare expenses. As for why Sudeikis is handling more of the financial payment, the court decided based on his estimated income.

Per reports, the 48-year-old has an income of $ 10.5 million this year compared to Wilde's $500,000. The court, however, stated that fluctuations in both parties' pay would not necessarily affect the arrangement agreed upon in the custody battle.

"The couple agrees 'such disputes and fluctuations are not material to their agreement that Jason has an extraordinarily high income," the document read. Also, both parties agreed that $27,500 is the right amount to cater to both children's needs.

"The parties agree that child support for the minor children for $27,500 per month is sufficient to maintain the needs of the minor children considering Jason's station in life, ... is consistent with each child's best interest, and application of the guideline would be unjust or inappropriate in this case," an excerpt of the document reads.

Sudeikis and Wilde were in a legal battle over their children for 18 months, with the actress once accusing the father of her kids of paying zero child support, leaving her to "100 % of the costs for the children's care."

At the time, in court documents obtained by The Blast, the "Don't Worry Darling" urged that Sudeikis should pay her something "reasonable" from high income because she handled areas such as clothing, feeding, and childcare completely.

"Jason is not currently paying child support to me, despite my requests through counsel that we agree upon an interim support amount to avoid further litigation in this matter," Wilde said in court. "While Jason and I have been splitting certain expenses for the children, such as their school tuition, I have been bearing 100% of the costs of the children’s care when they are with me, including, but not limited to, their food, clothing, childcare, extracurricular activities, and transportation costs."

Additionally, the former girlfriend of English singer Harry Styles, asked that "Horrible Bosses" actor pay for her attorney fees. "I am asking the Court to make an order regarding child support so that I can adequately provide for our children commensurate with Jason’s standard of living. I am also asking that Jason make a contribution to my attorney and accountant fees and costs, not only due to him being in a significantly superior position than me financially, but because the vast majority of the fees I have incurred have been due to Jason and his counsel’s egregious, unnecessary, and aggressive conduct," she asked.

Wilde Opened Up About 'Tough' Co-parenting With Sudeikis

Days before news of their finalized child custody battle surfaced, Wilde opened up about her co-parenting experience with her former partner, calling it "tough."

During an appearance on an episode of “The Kelly Clarkson Show, the 39-year-old said, "It’s tough,I think reshaping a family is tricky." Recalling Sudeikis' nasty move of serving her custody papers on stage, she said:

"For me, it was appalling, but the victims were an 8- and 5-year-old, and that’s really sad. I chose to become an actress; I willingly walked into the spotlight. But it’s not something my children have asked for. And when my kids are dragged into it, it’s deeply painful."

Nevertheless, Wilde, who now describes herself as a single mother, said she is basking in simply enjoying her children.

"The one benefit is it’s allowed for some really deep conversation with my kids about emotions, about happiness and about what family means, and love," she mentioned. "It’s actually allowed me to get to know them in a different way. My priority is them, like, that’s what it is. As long as they’re happy and they’re healthy then, you know, my ex and I, we agree [that] they are everything to us."
