Gymnast Nastia Liukin Teases Her Adventurously Lacy ‘Nastia Dress’

Gymnast Nastia Liukin is putting on a steamy display in her lacy "Nastia dress" which looks a little bit like lingerie!

The Russian-born retired American artistic gymnast is launching her own clothing line with Dillards in November 2023 and fans have been excited to see the new pieces from her collection! On Sunday night, she gave fans a look at a new dress and explained how she decided to name each of the pieces in her collection.

Over the weekend, the five-time Olympic champion shared a new “Get Ready With Me” video that featured her zipping up the side of her Nastia dress. The material has black lacy fabric that covers her chest and connects to a silky white fabric that drops all the way down to her ankles. She paired the look with black ankle boots and a black blazer that she decided to name the Britt blazer. She wore her blonde hair in loose waves down her back, casually tossed over one shoulder to show off her earrings.

“Storytime: both of these pieces (and boots!!!!) are two of my favorites - and here is one of the reasons why,” she wrote in the caption of this Instagram post. “Every single item in my collection is named after someone or something meaningful in my life. I have always been a firm believer in everything and everybody comes into your life for a reason, a season, or a lifetime.”

“Insert @brittstgeorge: we met during a season of my life - we call it the Boston season. It was all by complete chance — we will share that story one day lol - but I know hand on my heart there was a reason we met. As the (Boston) season came to an end for me and life became very confusing in many different areas, I realized I had met a lifetime person,” she continued.

“Since then, we have traveled the world together, made vision boards together (and brought SO SO many of those dreams to life together) and then had to make more vision boards for our new dreams together…. If you know Britt, you know how lucky you are. To know her (and her sweet and growing (!!!!!) little family) is to love her,” she went on.

“And to work with her is to be inspired by her every single day, no matter the day. So here is to those lifetimes in our lives…. Forever and ever grateful for you…. and here’s to another vision on that vision board coming to life…” she wrote, adding, “I introduce to you the Britt blazer + the Nastia dress. I can’t wait for you all to see it and wear it… coming to @dillards early November.” She ended her post with the hashtag #NastiaLiukinxGianniBini.

Nastia’s personal trainer, Kira Stokes, was one of the first to comment, writing, “LOVE THEM BOTH… so much thought (and love) went into every piece.” Britt St. George also commented on her post, adding, “To dreams we’ve made reality.” Another fan agreed, writing, “Britt is awesome!!”

“You’re beautiful and look good in everything!” another follower gushed. “You are so kind, humble, and grounded Nastia. Your approach to life is refreshing. You deserve all the happiness in the world!!” another fan agreed. “Love this on you… beautiful!” another follower chimed in. However, not everyone was in love with her upcoming clothing collection, as one fan wrote, “Yeah, I won’t look good in any of these clothes.”

There were also a few followers who expressed concern that Nastia was getting too skinny. “I’m so worried about your health. Please eat Nastia,” one user commented. Another follower inserted a GIF of a man saying, “Just eat the food.” Another netizen replied to the comment with two bone emojis. The follower followed it up with another GIF of a skeleton dancing through a field wearing fairy wings and a tutu.
