Naya Rivera Settles Divorce with Ryan Dorsey, Will Share Joint Custody

Former "Glee" star Naya Rivera is officially single after settling up the details of her split with Ryan Dorsey.

According to documents obtained by The Blast, a final judgment was filed and signed Thursday declaring Rivera and Dorsey divorced. The former couple will share joint custody of their 2-year-old son, Josey Hollis Dorsey, and both have waived the right to support payments to each other.

A one-time payment was made from Naya to Ryan for $30K.

As we previously reported, this is the second time Rivera has filed for divorce. She previously dismissed her filing as the couple attempted to reconcile, but after a fight between the two landed her in jail over Thanksgiving, she re-filed.

The actress had been charged with misdemeanor domestic violence stemming from that arrest, but Dorsey agreed to a clause in their temporary custody agreement that he would not pursue criminal charges against his estranged wife.
