Fans have been worried that the Princess of Pop might not be compensated as “Crossroads” returns to theaters next month, but on Saturday, sources assured Page Six that the pop star will be making a profit and benefiting financially from the global fan event, which will also include a line of merchandise that includes shirts, jackets, and replica clothing items worn by the characters in the movie.
Insiders told the outlet that the “Toxic” singer will receive money from the “back end,” which means that she will receive an undisclosed percentage of the film’s overall profit. The terms of the agreement are reported to be confidential.

Only two days ago, the “Overprotected” singer took to social media to share a video of her book hot off the presses. In the caption, she wrote, “Putting the finishing touches on my book … eeeek !!!” Many fans were quick to express their excitement and assure her that they already have it preordered.
Although the highly anticipated memoir will feature a look back at some of her high-profile relationships, it will reportedly not include a look at her split from Sam Asghari, as the "Special Ops: Lioness" actor filed for divorce on August 16.
