Leah Remini is accusing the Church Of Scientology of terrorizing her family, after filing a lawsuit against the organization.
According to legal documents, obtained by The Blast, the actress outlined an alleged pattern of harassment and incidents she says were perpetrated by the Church Of Scientology, designed to attack her family and friends.
In the new filing, Remini claims that in the weeks following her dropping a bombshell lawsuit against the famous organization -- "attacks" on her have been escalating to a much greater degree than in the past. As you know, Remini famously left the Church and starred in a docu-series pointing out issues with the organization.
"Since the filing of my (lawsuit), Scientology's attacks on me and those close to me have escalated to a much greater degree than ever before. As detailed below, the recent attacks also involve my mother and sister who have been threatened, harassed, and stalked by Scientology operatives," she said.

Adding, "The defamatory social media attacks against me have escalated dramatically. The number of different accounts, all manned by Scientology agents, has risen to nearly two hundred, with each posting defamatory statements at least once daily."
Specifically, Remini describes one of the alleged incidents involving her elderly mother.
"On September 3, 2023, at 5:00 a.m., two men approached my mother's front door of her home. My mother lives up a steep hill on a dead-end street, and the drivers of the car, two white men dressed in black, were captured on her home's surveillance camera surveilling the home while talking on a mobile phone. After knocking on the door, the two men, who parked on the side of the street down the hill," she wrote.
She continued, "I also believe Scientology agents were sent to my mother's home as a threatening message to me."
The 'King of Queens' star described another incident where she claimed someone connected to the church tried to enter her gated community by attempting to enter behind another car. In this case, she says the vehicle "became wedged in the gate" while trying to rush inside. "The unknown driver, a man not known to me or my friend, then left his vehicle, aggressively confronted," the car in front of it. It should be noted, that the person said they worked for Amazon.

A few days later, Leah says someone broke a window at her mother's diner, Vivian's, around the same time.
Lastly, Remini says her manager is also the victim of a bizarre incident she claims might be connected to Scientology.
Two individuals approached the home of the manager and attempted to get someone to answer. In the filing, Remini says the manager "was immediately concerned for her safety believing they were sent there from Scientology to intimidate her. When she asked them what their business was at her home, they said something non-discernable about her dogs."
Shockingly, Remini claims, "This caused her greater concern, considering she has heard stories about Scientology operatives poisoning people's dogs."
Obviously, there is no proof of this allegation, but Remini felt it should be included in the legal filing.
As you know, last month the actress filed a 60-page lawsuit against the Church, claiming she suffered years of harassment and intimidation at the hands of the organization. She says it is in relation to her criticism of the organization and deciding to leave it a decade ago.
The case is ongoing.
