Melania Trump's tone-deaf jacket from her trip to Texas prompted clothing company Wildfang to release their own version in response and their's sold out in just one hour.
The First Lady's choice to don a khaki green Zara jacket that read "I really don't care, do u?" to board a plane headed to see immigrant children being detained at the U.S. border prompted a massive backlash.
Within a few hours of seeing Melania Trump's coat, the founder of Wildfang tells The Blast that the company "decided as a team we wanted to do something, this could not go unnoticed, so we put our heads together and went with impact."

Wildfang was able to get their "I really care, don't u?" coat into production and online almost immediately and customers went "bananas." It sold out in just one hour.
Wildfang, whose line of trendy clothes is tailored to today's modern feminist, has been spotted on Miley Cyrus, Ellen Page, Kate Mara and Evan Rachel Wood.
The company says, "We started with a limited edition run and it sold out, twice! Because we now make the majority of our products, we are able to turn things around like this so when we're passionate about something, we take control of the situation!"

In addition to the sold out coat, the "I really care" saying is also available on a bomber jacket and a tee. The jackets will be ready to ship within three weeks but 100% of all proceeds are being donated to RAICES immediately.
RAICESis a nonprofit in Texas that provides free or low-cost legal services to aid migrant families with immigration proceedings. In the last week or so, people have donated close to $15 million to the organization in response to the Trump Administration's controversial zero-tolerance immigration policy.
"What's happened this week in our country is appalling," said Wildfang's founder. "Our whole team is outraged and we refuse to stand by and watch. We stand proudly with immigrants and support their rights and RAICES does amazing things for these families."
