'DDD' Star Guy Fieri Jumps into Shark-Infested Waters for 'Shark Week'

Guy Fieri is used to eating the big meal, not becoming one.
The "Food Network" star took his chances in the Bahamas while free-diving with sharks as part of Discovery's epic 30th Anniversary for "Shark Week."
The host of "Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives" brought his son Hunter along for the ride in "Guy Fieri's Feeding Frenzy," which features the duo traveling around the islands experiencing local cuisine and learning about feeding habits of the resident shark population.

Fieri was stoked about the experience, and said, "Checkin’ out some killer local joints and then tryin’ not to become a shark’s lunch…now that’s a good time!"
"Shark Week" kicks off July 22 and this year will focus on science and technology to capture the secret lives of sharks, and explore ways to share the oceans we co-inhabit with our finned friends.
