Last week, Pepsi announced that they would be airing remastered ads to celebrate their 125th anniversary. One of those ads just so happens to be Britney’s “Joy of Cola” Pepsi ad from 2001, which featured her dancing and singing for the brand.
The soft drink brand revealed that the ad, which will air during the award show, will appear in high definition and feature enhanced color and remastered audio. Fortunately, in a brief statement to People magazine, Britney revealed that the commercial got her seal of approval.

In addition to Britney’s “Joy Of Cola” Pepsi ad, the brand will also air Madonna’s “Like A Prayer” ad from 1989 and Tina Turner’s “We Got The Taste” ad from 1986. Robert Palmer’s 1989 “Simply Irresistible” commercial and Ray Charles’ “The Right One Baby” ad, which was first released in 1991 will also be shown during the awards show ceremony.
