UPDATE
07/12 6:00 AM PT: Stormy Daniels says she unfortunately cannot perform Thursday night at Sirens, "As a result of what happened last night, I will unfortunately be unable to go forward with tonight's scheduled performance. I deeply apologize to my fans in Columbus."
Michael Avenatti says she will plead "not guilty" to three misdemeanor charges.
According to the affidavit, "three detectives approached the stage. Daniels allegedly made her way toward two detectives, leaned over and grabbed their faces. She shoved each of their faces between her breasts."
She was also observed "fondling the breasts of female patrons," and "fondled a third officer's buttocks and breasts."
Stormy Daniels was taken into custody over an alleged touching violation while dancing at a strip club, and her attorney is calling the bust a "setup."
Daniels was arrested Wednesday night in Columbus Ohio while performing at Sirens gentleman's club.
Franklin County Sheriff
Her attorney, Michael Avenatti, says the violation stemmed from her "allegedly allowing a customer to touch her while on stage in a non sexual manner!" He also believes the "sting" was a "setup & politically motivated." He claims there were undercover agents inside the club executing a "sting "operation.
The Blast spoke with an employee at Sirens, who refused to even acknowledge that Stormy had performed during the night, and explained they were told not to speak about anything that had happened.
The porn star, who is taking on President Donald Trump, was scheduled for two performances at Sirens in Columbus Ohio, both Wednesday and Thursday night.
However, Avenatti says he expects his client to be released on bail shortly, and only to be hit with a misdemeanor charge. He also plans on "vehemently" fighting the alleged violation.
