In an interview with the U.S. Sun, Aubrey O'Day addressed rumors about her appearance and discussed her plans for a body transformation.
Contrary to speculation, the "Famously Single" actress emphasized the authenticity of her breasts and buttocks, asserting, "My boobs are huge. They're natural and everybody thinks I've got fake boobs and a fake butt and everything else. It's all bullshit."
O'Day clarified that she has previously undergone body contouring treatments, lip fillers, and Botox for her forehead but has not done so since her last visit to Bali last year. In 2019, the reality star underwent a $5,000 AirSculpt treatment for her chin and abdomen.
The 39-year-old expressed satisfaction with her shrinking lips and shared her desire for a potential breast reduction, stating, "My boobs are real and they're big, and they're heavy. I just want it to be flat-chested. I just want my boobs smaller."
Aubrey O'Day Shares Her Secret To A Healthy Lifestyle
During the chat, O'Day expressed her preference for maintaining her healthy lifestyle over considering body contouring treatments or weight-loss drugs like Ozempic, popular among Hollywood stars.
She shared her dedication to fitness with the publication, saying, "I've been working out so much. I do Barry's every day. I'm so into health and fitness right now that I'm getting pretty snatched."
The "Show Stopper" singer revealed that her journey towards better health began after her August 2022 trip to Bali, where she transitioned from being vegan to incorporating raw food into her diet. "[Now] I go back and forth from being all raw and vegan. It just depends on my time and how much I'm working. Cooking raw meals every day takes a lot of time," she shared.
O'Day also revealed she delved into alternative medicine practices, including daily breath work, "meditations, Reiki healing, ThetaHealing, and ice baths." Additionally, she explored psychedelics, such as DMT, Ayahuasca, and PTSD shrooming, as part of her transformative journey away from her identity as "Aubrey O'Day."

"I can make millions of dollars a month. It depends if you have people that really want to spend money on you."
The "Damaged" singer also shared that her OnlyFans offerings are a self-curated "full experience" featuring creative endeavors like intergalactic scenarios, encounters with alien beings, and explicit narratives.
"It's my creative outlet right now. I build all my sets. I dye the wigs. I put my music up there. I put my captions sometimes, my poetry, my writing, like, everything," O'Day explained.
